Just a backgrounder on my current routine: I do weight MFW and cardio TH. I mix in a yoga session once or twice per week and I have found it to be extremely helpful with my shoulders, knees, back and overall flexibility.

A friend a suggested pilates, but I've heard mixed reviews. Does anyone do it in addition to weights?

    did pilates for a few years for back issues, (now I do gyrotonic ) Pilates helps with extension and flexibility. What are you trying to accomplish beyond what you are already getting from weight/cardio/yoga ?

    Great question! Just some added flexibility and injury protection.
