Weird Benchmark Results

Is anyone familiar enough with Fluidmark to help me figure out what may be wrong with my PC as it stands. My scores seem to be well below where they should be for the hardware I'm using, but individual tests don't really seem to be telling me anything when compared to baselines. Below is my results when running a User Settings benchmark test. If I just run the 1080 preset, my score ends up being about 700. On top of that, the Arkham City benchmark pegged me at an average fps of 24. I'm grabbing a few more benchmarks to test things out as well.
Edit: Ran 3DMark 2011 and came up with graphics: 7745, physics: 5280.
Edit: Ran Metro2033 and was within a few frame's of Tom's Hardware's measurements.
So some tools seem to be using my card just fine, and others seem to be failing spectacularly. I have no idea what the issue is.
