I beat Pokemon Snap the day it came out, and with pretty awesome scores too.

Then I traded it to a friend for Goldeneye, and never looked back.

I wish they would put Perfect Dark on the VC, make GameCube controllers work with it, and make it so the game doesn't slowdown like it did on the N64 if too much was going on.

I would play that so much.

I looked at the N64 and was going to buy one.

Then I played a PlayStation and decided that the N64 could go blow orangutans.

you controlled a chosen character and set the strategies for the others, with the option of setting some of their attacks to a c-stick direction

and if you had friends they could control the other characters as well...i think

it took a bit to get used to...but it was pretty sweet

I liked Tales of Legendia more. The characters in ToS always pissed me off, but ToL had a good group dynamic.

And a lot of other crazy shit.

FFIX is the best in my opinion, but that might just be because Vivi was awesome.

That is was. Shame the actual plot and character voices were so bad.

But the combat system did indeed kick ass.

I guess that is dependent on how many RPGs you play.

In my case not many, so I am mostly saying it's cliche based on other's statements.

Cliche is pretty much never good unless it's Manowar or something. You know, something where it's purposely cliche because it's a hilarious parody. Maybe that Dodgeball movie? That abused the fuck out of cliches on purpose.

There are different degrees of fat though. A dude can be pleasantly plump or need a crane to get up from a chair. I'm saying I want a little bit of junk in the trunk sometimes, much like I can take cliches in jrpgs if done right.

With the propensity for the main protagonist to not be a manly man, yeah, yeah that is too much to ask.

I never bothered beating KOTOR because my friend was playing it at the same time as me, and he beat the game just as I walked in the room. So I got to see the whole ending of the game even though I was only about 10 hours into it.

I didn't know there were two endings depending on which side you chose. I guess it was the Dark Side ending.

The Dark Side one is the one that didn't count, apparently. I guess they take the Light Side ones for the canon ending, though for anything that's not the movies that's a pretty flimsy canon.

It was great in that you could be both the nice Jedi guy the whole game or be the Sith asshole (or both) and that everyone leveled up at the same pace in or out of party, and that you could not just have three Jedi around but be like You, Murder Robot, Wookie, and the game wouldn't suck. And you could do any planet in any order. JRPGs still make you do a lot of shit in-order with specific people to min/max. Bleh to Japan.

Also, Murder Robot is so much fun on Dark Side. Considering he's a murder robot, I guess.

KotOR 2 was alright but they seem to have rushed it out and chopped significant parts off the last planets in order to make it out on schedule.
