Iron Monkey
Once upon a time in China
Dr. Wai and the Scripture w/ no words (if you can find the non-edited version)
The first two are straight up kick ass awsomeness, the third is really hard to find but a bit more of a comedy, not so much of a kung fu movie, still worth it if you can find it.

I once rented some documentary on Bruce Lee, and in it featured almost all of the the fight scenes from Game of Death. It was his best movie....at least from all them fight scenes.
Wikipedia says its - Bruce Lee: A Warrior's Journey...im not quite sure if thats right, it was a couple years ago that i watched it. but its real great.
Fantasy Mission Force, has Jackie Chan as one of the main guys...but I'm sure if people *knew* he was in this movie his career would've been over a long time ago. The epic climax/ending of this movie is awesome...never again will you ever see the Nazi army portrayed as a bunch of old civilian cars with swastikas on them with men standing on the hood of said cars swinging chains over their head.
There are two movies Yuen Woo Ping created with his brothers a while back...
Wu Tang Master
Drunken Wu Tang
They were re-released under a marketing ploy, as in Raekwon and Method's favorite movies but they're actually amazing. No plot, totally insane, people can walk in and out of the room and still be entertained. Fighting wooden robots, acid-spitting toad men and a guy that fights with his hands on fire.
And as for Jackie Chan, LODM is classic without question, but give Project A a chance.
Also, google "the stuntpeople," they make cheapo movies that are pretty entertaining.
Enter the Dragon and Fists of Fury for your Bruce Lee fix. Jackie Chan is even an extra in Enter the Dragon. You clearly see his face while Lee is fucking him up. Try to spot him.
Rumble in the Bronx is good for Jackie Chan stuff.
City Hunter - a Jackie Chan movie from early nineties/late eighties that features the infamous Street Fighter scene.
Dragon Tiger Gate - Live action DBZ, all grown up and fucking ass-kicking to the extreme. HEAVILY RECOMMENDED.
HOLY SHIT DID SOMEONE RECOMMEND DRAGON TIGER GATE
YOU TOTALLY WIN.
There are like, 4 characters in the movie.
The guy who uses punches, the guy who uses kicks, the guy who uses nunchucks, and the evil bad guy.
And they go around whooping everyone else's ass.
There's even a "level-up" scene in that movie, for goodness' sake.
It's worth watching, but only if you and your friends have the patience of a thousand monks to wait through tons of shitty dialogue and useless filler scenes that do nothing at all. It's worth a rent, and a whole lot of fun. A WHOLE LOT if you're into that kind of DBZ kung-fu thing. Or if you like nunchucks.
Sonny Chiba's The Street Fighter 1&2 for the ridiculousness if nothing else. In one he punches a dude in the back of the head and makes his eyes pop out. In another they have this like 20 minute scene where they show all these different styles and weapons, and right in the middle. Between like Nunchucks and Kama Sticks, theres:
Ti-Chi Breathing Exercise.
They just show people breathing and its hilarious.
Also beacause its fucking rad and "New Aged" 'Versus' rocks my socks pretty much. Just alot of Zombies, Yakuza, Sword Fighting, and punching people.
Gymkata! The skill of gymnastics, the kill of karate.

He also rips a guy's genitals off. A distinctly brutal series of movies.
Well, looks like the only suggestion that I would have made that hasn't already been taken is "Hero" with Jet Li. I also like Jackie Chan in "Who am I?", but better movies of his have already been listed.
EDIT: Oh, also I loved a fight scene in Jackie Chan's movie "Gorgeous". But instead of subjecting yourself to an hour and a half of Jackie Chan in a romantic comedy (ugh), just watch this. Jackie's nemesis in the movie is played by an Australian fellow from Jackie's stunt crew who is actually shorter than he is(!). A real badass fight, IMO.

Anywho, anything old classic Jackie Chan should be fine. Drunken Master, Armor of God, etc.
For Jet Li; Once Upon a Time in China 1 & 2, and since you wanted something new age, The One.
If you want something funny but Kung Fu related, skip Kung Pow and grab Kung Phooey.

Quoted for fuck yes. That scene in the shed with the tin floor alone was so godamned badass.
The fight with the musician guys? Amazing.

A character named Wind, a Fire Monkey, a Mud Buddah, a Sword King.
I want to say it was Storm Warriors or somthing similar to that.
I've got The One, Drunken Master, Police Story, and Kung Fu Hustle.
Ninja movies are always rad too.

Dragon Tiger Gate - Live action DBZ, all grown up and fucking ass-kicking to the extreme. HEAVILY RECOMMENDED.
Also, if you want hilarious kung-fu-but-not-kung-fu, get Riki-Oh: The Story of Ricky -- simply hilarious.
Never.
Best dubbing ever. And by best I mean worst. And by worst I mean most hysterical.
Tony Jaa's Ong Bak
And if you want to see a ton of limbs get broken, Tony Jaa's The Protector (Seriously, at least 50 guys)
Wu Tang Master
Drunken Wu Tang

Jet Li's Fearles was pretty good.
Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon was nice, although not as much kung fu as one would desire.
I enjoyed Jet Li's Unleashed.
Rumble in the Bronx is good for Jackie Chan stuff.

is the Jaa one the elephant one?
because that one rules. for life.
his knees do more damage than most ballistic weapons.
Great in it's awfulness.
Yes, and Shaolin Soccer is also great (done by the same guy).
I don't believe it - I'm on my THIRD PS3, and my FIRST XBOX360. What the heck?

The Stormriders. It's awesome.
