Watched the whole video. Basically a dude goes to PAX despite not really liking video games, wanders around the place for a day, discovers that he hates all the people there and there is nothing that he thinks is interesting at all. He asks his friends what they thought was fun and they say they like seeing the game previews, getting free stuff, and being around other people like them. He didn't like any of that stuff.

Well that save me 13 minutes. That seems like, well whatever. It's a useless video to me, but whatevs. Boats, floats, strokes, folks and all that.

Didn't watch any of the video, but I continually have a somewhat-similar worry every time I consider saving up for a PAX trip. Worry that I'd go to PAX simply to be able to say I went to PAX. Cancelled two trips in a row and then didn't even attempt the third.

Something about UFOs and they're on an airbase where people are disappearing, but now they're back...I don't know, I'm only half watching it because it's pretty terrible. I think it's s01e02.

I'm pretty sure Skylark is confusing Seth Green and Giovanni Ribisi. That's not a first season episode, I'm pretty sure. Also, if you're watching it on Netflix and you make it to that episode, I'm pretty sure nobody ever secured the syndication rights for Filter's "Hey Man Nice Shot," so you won't have to hear that song every seven minutes in the episode.

I don't remember whether the VHS version had Filter on it or not. I have not seen my tapes since I broke up with this one girl in, uh, 2004? Alcohol just makes me remember all these things from a long time ago.

well, the only way of knowing if you'll sincerely enjoy PAX is to go to PAX

some people like it for the games, a lot of others like it for the company and the people

you can't really know if that'll rub you the right way through a computer monitor

You are correct, Sir, the clarification is appreciated. Unfortunately, I haven't seen either of those X-Files episodes since they first aired, and I don't think I knew back then who Green or Ribisi were.
