Not even like every time, but like one in three or four would be rad. A nice badass headshot animation where they flop-splat over with their neck like a geyser.

Or you can go back to the starting area and just completely gib everyone with a single gunshot. That's fun.

which character are you playing? once you start getting certain guns and hitting certain levels, headshots are...well, hilarious.
you also start being able to explode whole enemies with single shots. takes a bit of leveling and looting, but the reward is definitely worth it.
i need to start doing some multiplayer games with folks so i can level faster though...
what exactly does mordecai do to the badass loaders at the end of that mission
is he just firing normal sniper rounds, which are somehow amplified by the power of his fury!!

Zero's lines are the worst thing
Also I'm not personally a fan of his skill until you have roughly a million billion skill points, but I also started as Axton so pretty much everything feels like a step down when your skill is "box that kills everything within line of sight"
A couple of key learnings came up for me this weekend
Sniper Zer0 is fun but he doesn't play well when shit gets laggy i.e. when I'm playing with North Americans
Axton is really, really fun and Maya is a pretty darn close second. Now I have the Moxxxi guns on Maya, I'm just melting fools
Fuck The Fridge and Rats when you're underlevelled holy shit that was annoying. Trying to do the first two Scooter quests down there? I wanted to strangle someone. To be fair, I was two levels under where I needed to be and we were in a 4 player game. I have to say even though it was rough as hell, it was more fun than just waltzing through the mission
Man so I finally got started on True Vault Hunter Mode and I just got absolutely wrecked by anything larger than a pup. The gear increase necessary to be successful is kind of jarring, but once I got a couple items I was able to progress satisfactorily. Also it's neat that you can access the storage vault and the shared bank in Claptrap's little hidey hole.
