Steam File not opening

My steam file folder is not opening and keeps saying it cant find a file that is not in it (C:/Users/Downloads/Left.4.Dead.Full-Rip.Skullptura/platform/steam)
So i found the file and deleted it from my computer and my steam file folder is still not opening up and saying the same thing and i forgot where i downloaded the game from can someone help me with this problem please
