ugggh ecco lost more weight.
so difficult right now cause he's trying to supportive of me with my diet.
but he's the one that keeps losing the weight (although the scale numbers moved for me! WOO). He's down to 67kg. I hopped on this morning and the numbers said 123.7kg.
I was 125.2 on monday. And I haven't been sick!
Everything all up ins! Or something.
But yeah, he keeps losing weight. I mean I am grateful to his support, but dammit, not if it turns him into skeletor.
I'm trying to check out a topological map to find a good running route here but I think I'm just gonna have to walk around and get my bearings. Town is probably not so good though. Lots of cars and narrow lanes. Will look at the countryside.
Got some insoles for my boots for work tomorrow, feel pretty good. Was surprised when I felt around to pull out the insoles to put these new ones in, aaaand well apparently my boots never had any!
Some days, you get a way into a run and think 'you know what, this isn't gonna happen.'
Some days that comes only 500m in.
I've learnt not to try too hard to push through that because it can screw up my running for days. As long as I get out there at least three times over the week I try to go with the flow regarding how I feel.
Same thing happens with the weights. You can get partway through a movement and realize yup, this just isn't happening today. Put it down, pick it back up tomorrow.
I started doing 30 day shred in addition to yoga 3x a week. I can't do a proper push-up and 3 lb weights are too heavy for me sometimes. I hope this changes!

man i did some squats on a super low bench thing today. 6 sets of 8 squats. It was like trying to get down to the curb for a parade. Only then having to stand back up again. While holding 4kg dumbbells in each hand. Fun times. But left my legs so fucking shaky. Went to do the leg press thing and I got about 5 reps in (out of 20 at 60kg) and my legs just turned into jelly. I finished the set but I was giggling like a crazy person because my legs were shaking and i couldn't make them stop and it was just so fucking funny.

bits I ain't wanna post pictures of me and my friend who do the shred but we seriously got pretty damn buff by doing it three times a week (along with other stuff on the other days obvs). I let it slide lately but I'm shredding today. And you totally will get better at them! (Although level three still makes me cry and give up oops)

Dl speaks the truth. My girlfriend did a full pushup today for the first time; she did it by doing a couple sets of 5-8 to a chair after work.
We used lower chairs as she got stronger. Took about a month
