    B. run a mile full sprint

So... you'll open the first tutorial mision, and be on the hook for 3 miles? Congratulations on your path towards being "olympic athlete" fit.

    Goddamnit!

Hmmm this or Dishonored someone help me pick!

Both, it is what I am doing. Then again I skipped games earlier in the year and paid off both XCOM and Dishonored instead. Best, decision ever.

In bad news, I haven't heard anything from 2kgames about attending the Australian launch event. I have to assume that something went wrong and now I won't be going, especially as I don't know how to contact Alan Moore to find out what is going on. Such a shame, I was really looking forward to it :(

I could do both. But due to work right now I really only have time for 1 game. Still need to finish up some back log and probably play a bit more BL2. Probably going to go with X-Com for now, even though the setting in Dishonored looks amazing. I just think sales will drive that one down first.

Each member nation draws from a pool of name ethnicities. So Canada (presumably) draws from the American and French pools.

So you can apparently assign different male and female last names per nationality. Doubt there will be enough females trying to be added to that list for it to be worth it to single them out. Gender uncertainty for everyone.

Im not sure how I feel about FemBEN storming across Arcadia with her heavy plasma and dispensing indescriminate Earth Justice against the xeno...

I think I'd feel pretty bad ass.

Well, you take turns to move units around a grid-based tactical landscape, so it's got that

but most everything else... not really

Also, there's fighting. So that's pretty similar.

The combat systems aren't really similar. Cover isn't really a thing in AW. If your unit is a hard counter to the defending unit, there isn't much the enemy commander can do to mitigate incoming damage.

I'm half french-canadian, so I figured that covered the bases.

Maybe it also draws from the English pool? I don't know, though I guess I could robustly test it if you wanted to be sure.

I just have a genuine issue identifying myself as anything but Canadian. Like, as a "round peg must go into the round hole no matter what" thing. If you wanted to call it North American, I'd be fine with that, but anything else and I'm perturbed.

It's kinda hard to get upset about it, really. Save for the Aboriginal population, most Canadian names share the same roots as American ones, or French if you're from Quebec. It makes sense to draw from pools that would be that similar.

Now what does upset me is all this shit bout Canada being weak or scared or abandoning the council first or other retarded shit. Don't fucks with Canada. Canada will fuck you up. Seriously, we're friggin crazy.
