Help identify book (short stories about Genesis (satire))
I've been searching for a long time for a book I must have read at least 15 years ago. It was a collection of short stories (about 5-7 stories). The stories that I remember include:
1. Noah's Ark. He was big into incest (and drinking?), and at some point he is responsible for one of the arks to sink and thus killing his brother and lots of animals we never heard of.
2. Eve got kinky with the unicorns and God became angry thus causing their extinction.
3. A man goes to heaven and gets his own personal angel slave. In heaven he can do as he please, with aid from his servant if needed. Nothing is actually real, so no consequences for anything. Eventually, after a ridiculous long time, he becomes insane over his boredom. He has sex with anyone he wants, has parties with Hitler and others, and just goes on killing sprees eventually because he can't handle the boredom. He eventually requests a chat with God and asks for death. I forget how it ends..
The book was a dark satire. This is a long shot but I've been looking and searching for a while. Thanks!
Awk on

Bah, that's an hour gone. :P
The closest I came to something matching any of those descriptions is Ladies and Gentleman: The Bible!, but it's much too new (2009). I'm intensely curious though, so if you remember anything else or happen to find it I'd be interested to hear what it is.
