So I've been wanting a capture device to record my PS3, but also my older systems like the SNES, N64, etc. I've heard these devices like the Hauppage HD PVR don't play nice will signals less than 480. (Like the SNES.) Is there one that does?
I'm looking for one that has its own hardware video encoder so my PC doesn't have to do any heavy lifting, and HDMI is a bonus but not really needed.
