I took the day off for the spring party, I in. Looking forward to the BBQ. still need directions/address for the spring party if someone could be so kind as to hook me up with that.
If you'll have me, I'll be in for OMGWTFBBQ. Anyone happen to be coming west from Redmond for transport purposes?

I might show up for the BBQ for a while in the morning, but I've made the ridiculous decision to go to the Warped Tour to see The Protomen and MC Chris which just so happens to be that same day.
June 28th will be OMGWTFBBQ @ Golden Gardens' park.
I have 3 tables reserved (Sadly no shelter) for all day.
Tables 7-9 will be ours.
I scheduled it to not confict with the parade that a lot of peoples seem to go to.
Will take place lunchtime until people get sick of the outside. Last year we were there from like 10am-7pm. We just played outdoor boardgames all day and grilled delicious things.
Bring stuff to throw on the grill and/or to share!.
the 13th is the 21+ day, the 14th we are going to be setting a base camp with a canopy, chairs, and whatnot. Since standing for 16h got difficult last year.
Weather is getting better, time to do some outdoor board games, outdoor drinking, and grilling!
Usual house party rules apply
(21+, no making yourself sick, dont be an asshat, etc)
Bring bottle of booze if you wish to partake of liquor stash.
ALSO BRING AN OUTDOOR CHAIR! (camp or lawn chair)
BEER ON TAP:
Unknown at this point, might be hell or high watermelon if I can get it. Otherwise I will pick a summer-y beer.
Beer out of kegerator will be $2 a pint, this is just so I can break even on the cost of beer (100 pints in the keg, about $200 for keg)
If you want to crash here, I suggest bringing sleeping stuff (pillow/blanket, sleep space gets priority to those who travel the furthest)
Hopefully we get to see lots of peoples there. This is always super fun, plus its nice to have a place of our own at the park on a busy/nice day. Beach boardgames & meat! (or other grilled item of your choosing)
YOU:
Bring food/drink to consume and/or share
Boardgames! (if you want)
Maybe a chair, unless you want to sit on the ground or their picnic tables.
Equipment BigRed is bringing:
I will be bringing a cooler(s) of ice. Just remember, when putting open meat things in someone elses' cooler... make sure its in a ziploc bag first.
Also since we dont have a charcoal grill in the grouping of tables that I was able to reserve, I will be bringing a freestanding propane grill/griddle/burner setup.
I will also be bringing two canopies to provide shelter/shade for us.
A few tablecloths
Grilling tools
Plastic forks/knives/spoons
Bunch of cups for use
Bag of paper plates
Knife and cutting board
My Bag-O-Boardgames
WHISKEY STEAK

I had a question about the party PMed to me. Guess this also applies to OMGWTFBBQ.
Yes... This is open invite even if you don't know anybody (great place to meet people, we love new peeps!). I never do invite only parties, I don't like them. For smaller parties (game nights or just a small LAN Party) I usually post about it on my twitter ( @reasonablylucid ) if you want to watch there for other events.

Might be bringing a few friends friends I haven't brought before. Is this OK like with previous parties?
The beer I have is for sure Hell or High watermelon.
Party will be mainly outside since I am sure it will be warm during the day. Bring a chair! (like those foldup camp chairs, I dont have enough for everybody).
I Have a firepit now & lots of wood. So there will be fire!
House rules update:
Due to a recent... event that almost resulted in the house being burned down.... No more smoking anything near the house. If you need to smoke, do it out by the street or back of the yard by the firepit. Throw butts into the firepit since things can burn there without danger. I dont give a shit about e-cigs or vaporizers, that can still happen close to the house.
Posting this up so people know about it in advance!
Pre-PAX Party! No Sleep For the Wicked!
Yes most of us are crazy for attempting this, but whatever. Last chance to relax, drink, and BBQ before the insanity of PAX Starts.
Drink, party, and be merry.
Yes, newbies are welcome... as long as you are 21+. Sorry youngins'

(House rules for those who aren't familiar; 21+, No coming if you are sick, no drinking until you are sick, No being stupid (usually not a problem), Pay your beer tab, if you want access to the massive booze stash then you donate a bottle to it, be quiet outside after 10pm)
When:
Saturday Aug 23rd
3pm - whenever people crash
WHY:
FOR AWESOME!
POTLUCK
Bring delicious things to throw on BBQ or to put in our faces, games to play, and drinks to... drink. (I cant afford food/drink for 150 people :P)
We will likely have firepit action, plus outdoor tables/games since its likely to be nice outside.
MISC STUFF:
Crash space:
Room for about 12 people or so. Priority will go to those who are traveling from out of town. Talk to BigRed about possible crash space since he is organizing that.
(If you want to bring a tent you can probably set it up outside for extra crash space)
Compensation for crash space is helping to clean up the house the day afterward.
BigRed will be enforcing this! Last NSFW people flaked at this, which made me rage! I already have enough rage around this time, I don't need any more. Help me keep BigRed's blood pressure down :P
PARKING WILL BE VERY LIMITED FOR THIS
Please carpool or Bus. I am on 2 major buses from downtown. The 522 (which has it's last stop, before going straight to my house, just west of the sheraton in downtown) and the 41 which you can grab in the bus tunnel.
If you show up after 6pm and are leaving at night you will be allowed to park in the Wells Fargo parking lot on the west side. (Side furthest away from Lake City Way)
We are going to have to set a cap of about 150 people. Anymore and I fear my house might explode. Although last year wasn't too bad despite us having 140. Turns out my yard is big.
Bring an outdoor (like a folding camp chair) chair if you want a guaranteed place to sit. My folding chairs in the garage cant go outside. They get destroyed too easily.
SLUSHIE MACHINE!
OH YES! It is back!
BigRed rented the slushie machine again. It made so many delicious things last time it had to come back. WARNING THOUGH... Since they are frozen boozey drinks they will sneak up on you very easily. Be careful with how many you drink.
The cost for this is massive ($350 for the rental alone, not including the $$ for all the mixers and liquor to go into it).
Please bring $$ to donate! BigRed has no problem covering half of the total cost, as long as BigRed is not shouldering the whole thing.
