Hello all! I live in IL I had a suspended license due to no auto insurance. I got into a fender bender in a parking lot driving my husbands truck. The police came (this is when I found out I had suspended license) no tickets were issued to either driver because it was private property. The day after tr accident I applied for SR22 insurance to get my license back. However I had to fill out an Sr1 form and sent to the crash reports section about the crash. Once thy receive this will my license be suspended again? Will I need to do jail time? I am young and not very knowledge on this subject.

Extremely doubtful on jail time unless IL is some really ... bored state. License might be suspended for longer if they put two and two together and realize you were driving even on your already suspended license and getting into accidents, still without any insurance.

Don't drive if you don't have insurance. Definitely don't drive if you don't have a license. Really don't drive if you don't have either.

Echo probably not on jail time.
Also echo on it's likely that you'll have your suspension duration increased.
Also seriously, please do not drive without both a license and insurance. There are a lot of very very good reasons you are supposed to have both.
