Didn't you fuck it up the exact same way last time? Will Crash ever learn? Will the scout ever lose his virginity? Will the Heavy ever find the time to make that new bed for Sasha?
heh, i just got vote kicked out of the last round of MvM (the new super expert one) because I had spent all my credits on Scout to get them money in all the previous rounds
i don't know why i let the people in this game make me feel like complete shit
Oh, so you guys heard of the cash glitch in MvM? Sorry if it's mentioned earlier. I'll explain it though. However, it's not perfect, and frankly I recommend having a good team over doing this.
In MvM, you play the first wave. Do not spend any money, not on upgrades, canteens or buy-ins. Kill as much as you can and collect the cash. Before you've killed everything (or just before you lose) go into spectator mode.
When the wave has been lost and it's time to respawn, rejoin the team. You will have exactly the amount of money you had when the last round ended.
For example, you start with $400. Don't spend any of it. Collect, let's say, $350 and you'll have $750. Spectate before the wave is lost, rejoin when it's time to spawn, and you'll still have $750. Repeat until you can buy everything you want.
Once you win Wave 1, you'll start Wave 2 with all those upgrades.
There are caveats, however.
1) If you fail to spectate in time even once on wave 1, you lose it all.
2) If you fail the first wave when you've got all the upgrades you want, you lose it all.
3) If you join too early after spectating, you lose it all. Wait until the round resets.
4) Get ALL of your upgrades in wave 1. Every time you fail a wave after Wave 1, you start with 0 (it looks like a huge negative amount. For me it was -1000, but it's really 0). So any time that happens, you won't be able to get upgrades until you collect more cash.
5) If someone disconnects while you're doing round 1 over and over (expect it to be 10+ times) then they start with their $400. Also you have to explain all this to them. 6) All the upgrades in the world don't buy a good team. I found this one out the hard way.
My conclusion, don't do it. I wanted to see what it was, and if it seriously broke the game. All it broke was my patience.
Hey so I got that gear from my xcom preorder, can I trade it and does anybody want the gear?
tef yes it is tradable and yes I want it very much
No worries, next time i'm at home I'll get it to you. I'll have to install tf2 to trade the items, I assume? I'm pretty sure I've already got you on steam, other wise a link to my page is in my sig

You can trade through the steam client, no need to launch TF2. So I assume you could trade things from your TF2 inventory without having it installed.
ok, i'm going to kill myself if I have to play MvM in pubs anymore. 3rd time today people have been complete jerks for absolutely no reason other than "they're better than you"
my hands are freaking shaking.
why are people
edit: Actually, I think I'm just gonna quit TF2. It's damaging my soul.
