Maybe? I'll be honest, the "ladies" confused me because I thought the person on the left was a dude.

Have we ever seen Erica depicted in the comic before?

I'd guess it's Erica, I could be wrong but I think I remember seeing her hair like that in a PAX picture or PATV or something.

Gabe vomiting never ceases to amuse me (see also: Mirror's Edge trailer comic)

    Gabe's Twitter confirms that's Erica.

Not my mom's. Before her surgery, her worst fear was getting whiplash and permanent nerve/neck damage.

Yeah, yeah, warnings are there for a reason an all...

I guess that might explain Mike's disappointment with Islands of Adventure. It turns out theme parks are less fun when:

    A. You don't go on rides.
    and/or
    B. You are sick.

Still, I don't think it's fair to accuse the place of sucking when it's your body that sucks.

There are still a lot of carnival games there, though. And the IP complains of the kiddy land section are still valid. My brother is a park fiend, but beyond the Marvel section (Spider-Man ride) and Harry Potter, he didn't find much there he liked.

I love Erica, but rewatching her origin story makes me deeply uncomfortable (again) for poor Matt.

Same - I was glad that for the second New Hire set they only covered Jamie's stuff and anonymous phone interviews. Much less uncomfortable.

    Ha! Boneable still!

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. [points to left eye] And from this side only! The flight of a half-man, half-bird. Dinosaurs nuzzling their young in pastures where strip malls should be. Cookies on dowels... All those moments, lost in time... like... eggs off a hooker's stomach. Time to die...

Probably one of the funniest cartoon explanations that I've ever read on here. I kind of hoped that you had, in fact, for comedic enhancement, deported your lunch on to your neighboring riders.

It was pretty hilarious either way.

Just checking in to make sure Erica is still a chick and hasn't morphed into a dude before Monday's comic thread.

Kiddy Land section? Seuss Landing is the "kiddy" area, and I don't think Mike mentioned it at all. That said, it's actually pretty well themed and isn't too much different from, say, Fantasyland at Walt Disney World, besides being smaller. The carnival games are by far a minority of the things to do in the park, and it seems like you have to be willfully ignoring the park as a whole to be so stuck on them.

The only section that I found to be straight up lame was The Lost Continent. Both the attractions there were pretty cheesy and disappointing. Even still, the theming there is good, and the Poseidon thing at least looks cool from the outside.

I had to do a double-take before I realized that thing between his legs was just a hump in the seat and not a massive tent from a vomit boner. I have a dirty mind.
