November is the month where we do not shave. Some folks limit it to their faces. Some folks gotta go natural. Some folks do that Movember thing which I guess is okay since it's supposed to raise money for something I might look up when I'm not on my phone, but excludes men and women who don't have the specific genetics for mustachery.
Personally, I'll be cheating and keeping things shaped for job reasons. Everyone make sure to get some before/after/progress pictures for humiliation purposes. Just no attractive folks and no pre-haired folks.
