- Runs perfectly once you fuck around for a while. In their defense, the issue was my laptop using two GPUs (integrated/discrete for power management), which I fixed with the beta drivers + some settings. Well, one server side lag event happened, but overall very smooth.
- 870 is really good on many maps if you play like you are using the 870. Probably not as good as whatever the most broken auto weapon ends up being, but really solid. Managed to pull a >3.0 KD with it, bearing in mind I havent played COD since BLOPS1.
- UAVs seem just right, if not too weak. They are pretty easy to shoot down, so ghost isn't hugely necessary.
- Pistols are alright. Not COD4 good, unfortunately. I could win rounds with just pistols consistently.
Single player keeps bugging out on me and left me at a checkpoint unable to move. I can look 180 degrees around, but I can't move or anything. Fucking CoD.
I could just restart the mission, but fuck that. I'm not doing all that shit again because they couldn't code something properly.
I had a lot of fun with the multiplayer tonight and if there's one thing I took away from it, it's that Sentry Guns are motherfucking killers in this game. The Guardians are rough too when someone hides them in the right corner. Definitely consider putting a sentry gun in your kill streaks rotation. Now you get to pull them out of your ass and get kills from them.
I already hate The Slums, and love Yemen. The three burst pistol is definitely a good pickup for a secondary. I don't remember it's name in this game, but it's the third pistol you unlock and it's essentially the raffica from MW2.
Now to somehow make it through work today... Anyone know how to make a time machine outta office supplies? Or even medical laboratory equipment? I'll drink this blood if I have to... I'm just sayin'.

Game's awesome. My only complaint at this point is that you don't unlock Flak Jacket until like level 32, and there are so many goddamn explosions. There is no doubt in my mind that it will be the very first thing I choose to keep when I prestige.
I tried out a couple shotguns, but ended up running the Tac-45 instead. The pistol I was using completely outshines the shotguns I picked up. They're kinda beastly.
The only map I dislike is Meltdown, because it's all high vantage points and it takes little effort to hold the higher ground and pin the other team in. Unfortunately, my team is always the side that's pushed back.

Only problem I have with multi is the same as every other game: people always know where I'll be before I do. I get shot once and die, watch the cam, realize I died 2 seconds before I got the memo. Ports are forwarded, NAT is open, lag comp is still an asshole. Thankfully playing Dom against bots scratches the itch for mans shooting.

I like what I'm hearing so far about it. Now I just have to wait six or seven more hours until I'll be able to pick up my copy. I'm going to jump straight into the multiplayer if anyone else will be on then.

Seems like there's some absolutely insane disparity between playerbases.
I've seen barely any explosions.
That being said, at the midnight release I got to see the look on a kids face when he stuck me with a crossbow bolt, only for it to not actually kill me through flak jacket. It's awesome.

Played a bit of multiplayer and a bit of single player
1) I made it to level 10 and I'm still using the 1st default class because you can't make a custom class that's anywhere close to being good early on.
2) Bullets actually feel like they're doing damage. You don't have to empty an entire clip into a dude.
3) Spawns are still ass. I joined a match on some industry map and some guy was just crouched behind a small crate and killing people as they spawned in front of him over and over (I got killed instantly 3 or 4 times in a row)
4) The "Shock" factor at the beginning of the game wears off very fast because they reuse it two more times within the next 10 minutes.

Amazon UK let me down, so I went to tesco and got it for £25, with 2100 points for £18, which in total is what I would have paid for it from amazon. However, as they let me down and I nearly wasted a day off, they're getting their copy back in the post. Fuckers.

The spawns are way better than MW3.
Connection and spawns are better than MW3. Which isn't exactly a great benchmark. So.. Yeah.
Actually, I haven't had any real connection difficulties other than some minor hiccups, but spawns can be a bit wonky at times.

seems standard for cod pc
its always been a huge hipfire sprayfest on the pc on anything other than maps with lots of open space, and sniping was 90% not really worth doing
