Please Help Me Find Old PC Game!

The name of the game was called Animation. It was an RTS. You could play as one of two groups of robot commanders, good or bad. You had to build an army of robots to kill the other commander. The units ranged from car like units, to howitzers, submarines, star like resource makers and other units that i don't remember. One mission that i remember specifically is one where you had a small group of units and you had to rescue him before you or he got destroyed. My dad had it we he had Windows 2000 so it is pretty old. . When i look for it by name all that comes up is how to make animation, and about animation in games.Please help me find it!

That really sounds like Total Annihilation to me too. I can't seem to find any reference to Animation (game). You should be able to find some TA screenshots so you can tell for sure.

If you're interested in mechanical RTS's from the turn of the century, I'd highly recommend Warzone 2100... it's freeware now.

Ya what your describing is Total Annihilation. For a similar game there is also Supreme Commander which was a spiritual successor to it. And a new game made by the same folks that will be basically a sequel is under development now is Planetary Annihilation.

Yes thank you all it is total annihilation. The last time i saw it was 7 yeas ago and i guess that the name i knew it as.
