    I really liked RDR

    but I agree with these things, minus horse ass

    shooting was again incrementally better than it was in GTAIV, but was still clunky as hell

    I felt like RDR had good shooting

    Not great, but good

    Not even qualified with "for an open world game," just plain ol' good

    And the Mexico stuff, for as long as it went on, was important to the establishment of John Marston's character as morally compromised so eff all ya'll, that game still rules

    Also in a game with some of the most incredibly gorgeous scenery probably in any game in history, getting annoyed that 5% of the screen was taken up by a horse butt is pretty weird.

    i should clarify that i understand what they were trying to do there

    but i didn't even pay for the game, it was my boyfriends that I was playing out of boredom, and it weirded me out, so I switched to Alpha Protocol

    I think one of my favorite parts of GTA IV was how they changed the in-car shooting. Going from the crappy drive-bys in earlier games to being able to shoot the driver of a car behind you while they're chasing you was just fantastic.
