Pap smear showed atypical aquamous cells of undetermined significance. This was followed by HPV testing. Result was hpv66. Colposcopy diagnoses was cn1. Do I wait for a repeat smear in 3 months or get cells removed? Can cn1 convert to cn2 if I don't get it treated immediately?

Now, the hpv66 is normally diagnosed by a Pathologist, and this is quite accurate, which means you carry the HPV virus.
Having suffered from a disease does not magically qualify you to give medical prognosis on it. Being a qualified medical professional does (but without the magic). There are too many other unknown factors in your individual case for anybody here to give any meaningful advice.
