Main PA page has elements overlapping (Chrome/IE)

Essentially, this happens. The links are still in their proper places, but the image of the buttons are somewhere else. This happens everytime, and on any browser that I have on this laptop. Chrome and IE are both the latest versions. Anyone have any idea what's causing this and what I can do to fix it?

    That's bizarre.
Have you tried updating your browser/clearing the cache and all that? I'm using Chrome and the front page is normal for me.

It may help if you could let the powers that be know what version you're using of Chrome/IE.

Do you have any weird plug-ins or extensions installed? If in Chrome, try opening the site in Incognito mode (which by default disables all extensions).

    Google Chrome version: 23.0.1271.64 m
    IE Version: 9.0.8112

I've tried going Incognito on Chrome and unchecking all the extensions, no avail. Cleared the cache as well.

Also, it doesn't seem to work on IE either, I've tried the 32/62/no add-on versions; same result.

Even tried changing my screen resolution, same problem.

Can you access the site from the same computer but via a different Internet connection?
