Video Editing - Using the Force
This weekend I have access to my friend's HD camcorder, and I'm planning to film some short comedy sketches. For one of the sketches, I plan on doing a Star Wars parody with force powers. Before I can storyboard any of the scenes, I need to know how I'm going to pull off the special effects.
So, can anyone give me some advice on how to do force pull/push special effects?
I have access to a green screen, but I still haven't figured out which video editing program to get.

If you do have After Effects but you're quite sure in how to use it, check out Video Copilot - http://www.videocopilot.net/ - those boys offer a lot of free tutorials in regards to the use of Adobe After Effects as well as a lot of awesome special effects. As dodgy as this will sound, it's what got me into AE and how to use it in my job.
Maybe once you're done with the video, link it up on this forum for us all to see?
