I don't fully understand it yet, it's kind of a revelation. Chaos Hat can educate us all on how it's done.
Her initiate is the best in the game. I think she is really strong if you have a tank line that can properly protect you. So... not strong or weak damage-wise, but best initiate, so I think she is strong.
Pretty sure this is one of those bugs that needs to be turned into a feature.

As Fizz I just poked him then E'd into the brush after he popped all of his ghouls and they can't do anything. He walks into it after me and I W>Q right through him into the middle of the lane and walk away.
Still hate Yorick, but that discovery is like... salvation.

I rarely play Ashe when I do go bot, but I played her with Nami today and I was pleasantly surprised, the slows and stuns were brutal. I think I'm going to have to play her more, I like Sivir but I have to work so god damn hard with her...
Also she benefits from the furor boots more than of the other ad carries, in my opinion.

If he wants to ward 3 bushes, just to be able to use his poke, that's a lot of gold he's giving up in lane just to try to poke safely.
I think that's a fair trade. His ghouls are only really an issue for the first 6 or 7 levels anyway, so as long as I can survive past that rough stretch, which is where I'd usually struggle, that's awesome.

Basically just the item changes. So you will be seeing new builds from people. I would expect a lot of black cleaver spam until they fix that item.

Graves doesn't have a 475 blink that ignores all cc applied to him, a global ult that scales off both ad and ap, or an 1100 range skill shot that also scales off ad and ap.
Ezreal has multiple ways to poke you, jump on you, farm from safety, and do tons of damage. Even if you are partially zoned, ezreal can farm. Graves cannot. He has one objective, which is to burst you. If he can't do that, he can't do much in lane. Ezreal can do everything.

In Aram yes, her volley harass is some of the strongest in the game for ADC's. Probably only behind Varus, Jayce, and maybe sivir in terms of raw power on that map.

Yeah but they can't really endorse a third party system for something like that. Especially with that amount of money on the line and how hard they are pushing legitimacy for the sport. Everything needs to be official Riot brand (tm)

She's easier to farm if you have mana to burn, but I find her AA animation immensely more difficult to hit with. I'm pretty bad at last hitting generally, though. Maybe other people don't mind the slower projectiles and animations.
She is essentially hard counterable in masteries and items now (slow reduction), her primary item builds were nerfed significantly without compensation, and other carries have been given significant itemization advantages. Has anyone made her work with the new changes?
Edit: She doesn't even get much of an advantage compared to other champions in stacking a manamune since the bonus mana on attacking is now 4 mana
