That second game during which they argued, the obstacle course, is a perfect example supporting Jon. What if Jon plays through the course, not knowing what to do or how to jump properly (as he demonstrates), and then Arin plays through it and learns how to do it well? Since they're taking turns, there's no way for him to retroactively inform Jon of how to do better, since his turn's done. By Arin's logic, to play fair, he would have to screw around and miss jumps on purpose to put them on the same level.

I was thinking this too, but I thought Arin's obstacle course was going to be randomized as well. I was surprised to see that it wasn't.
once upon a time in MvC i was having trouble with figuring out the buttons to swap my character. instantly my friend told me how, despite us being in a 'serious' fight.
if he had held out on that info, he probably would have beaten me a few times. is it honorable to win that way? do you make friends that way? i'd say... no

Yeah that's more of a flaw in game design, not in his argument.
Has YouTube on Xbox turned to complete shit for anyone else? Used to work perfectly fine, now any video i watch stops to buffer or load or whatever the fuck its doing every few seconds.
It took me 40 minutes to get through the chivalry video...
Is this some known issue? Is there something i can do to fix this, because this is really fucking annoying.
Everyone has a price. Throw enough gold around and someone will risk disintegration.
yeah the youtube app blows now. id try going to youtube through internet explorer; theres a link you can follow that turns youtube to HTML5 which allows you to view 'tubes that way. it works much better.

Oh. Oh no. They were talking about playing Super Metroid.
That is only going to annoy the hell out of me. I know that game like the back of my hand. And the moment they go in a direction they're not supposed to I'm going to be all, "NO, GO AROUND, DOWN THE ELEVATOR, JUMP ON THE THING AND BOMB, IT'S RIGHT THERE" like a crazy person.
On the other hand, an entire episode where they can't figure out that you're supposed to use the super missile on that tube, and they're just screaming WHAT THE FUCK DO WE DO for 11 minutes, would really make me feel vindicated.
I think it may have taken me years to figure that one out, and it was by accident.
So, someone remind me. In the latest Sonic 2006 episode (53, I think?), one of them goes off on a rant about how Dante's characterization is just objectively bad and will brook no discussion. Is that Arin or Jon?
My favorite musical instrument is the air-raid siren.

Arin. He even brings up a particular scene, which he parodied in "Awesome May Cry".

Wait, you can use a super missile!?
I always used a power bomb!
You know, I really don't even remember! But I think I always tried using Power Bombs cause that seemed like the clear choice to me, but i'm pretty sure it didn't work.
But I could be backwards here.

It's power bombs to shatter the glass tube in the south-most part of Maridia, between Kraid's base / the Norfair elevator and the rest of Brinstar.
That parody video of the grumps just about had it right. Only I thought Arin was the thin one and Jon was the fat one.

I've never been to a Disney theme park. Since Goof Troop, I had no idea what they were talking about. As soon as I heard them mention it again, I had to look for it and judge myself.

It seems like he put a lot of thought in that song too which makes it more funny.
It is pretty much just minigames though.
I distinctly recall that volleyball minigame
fucking incredible

I don't know how I feel about Arin's facial hair showing up in fanart now.
I think it's interesting that they say they've played the game a lot, but clearly haven't done the tutorial.
