It think it will take a little longer than that to get all the cards into mi-go's hand but yeah we do appear to have this pretty well under control. I don't think there's really much I can do to speed it along, though, since mi-go will need to cure Yellow and clear his hand before he can pick up any Red cards. So I'll just stick with the previous plan:

I'm thinking that I should airlift myself to somewhere in yellow such as Buenos Aires, we need to clear that place up to stop outbreaks and I cannot see anything more useful for me to do. Also having someone around that map area will make it easier for the Dispatcher to move people around as needed. Thoughts?

I think we can chance it. We only need to worry about Lagos and Khartoum having outbreaks inevitably. If Lagos or Khartoum is drawn on my turn there will be only one outbreak, if either of them aren't drawn, then we're given a one turn grace period, which One Quiet Night could be used on Mi-go's turn. That way, on your turn if you move kuhlmeye to Sao Paolo and then clean up Lagos, Khartoum, and Johannesburg it'll stop any more outbreaks if either Lagos or Khartoum haven't been drawn yet.
Of course, that presumes I don't get the worst possible Infector phase and draw both Lagos and Khartoum at the same time. In which case it's game over.
Yeah, making sure we don't have double outbreaks in Lagos and Khartoum should be the priority. Using the Quiet Night and the Osaka card prevents that, so we may as well. Neither of those cards does us a whole lot of good if Lagos and Khartoum set off a chain reaction. We can't cure red next turn anyway just because of turn order and hand limits, so we don't really lose much by spending the Osaka card. We're still in a good spot, no reason to play risky.
