So on Twitter Jeff Parker said he will "probably" do more work with Marvel, which makes me wonder if they're discussing a new book for him already. I hope so, that guy has had some bum luck lately with his Marvel books.
Due to an error on Marvel's end, I have a digital code for UXF #4 that I have no use for. Would anyone be interested in trading a code for Thor: GoT #3, UXM #6, Indestructible Hulk #8, or ANXM #6 for it?

He didn't say much (NDAs and all) when I asked him, but he suggested his relationship with them is still good.
I also learned the original name of Agents of Atlas was Secret Avengers. That was the name they used in the What If? But someone else ganked it before they could use it for Atlas. I told him they should have renamed it Avengers of Atlas. Alas.
Kinda bummed the writers gave the heroes an out in giving them a completely dead world to destroy. Only a matter of time now, though.
they didn't even finish the job properly though
Doom found a piece of the dead planet, which means the mapmakers will be coming.
Did he find a piece of the planet or part of the bomb? If I had to guess, I'd say that Doom is going to join the "team" now that he knows what is going on.

Captain America continues to be great. That and Thor are consistently my most looked forward to books when released. I've been wondering though with him in the Z Dimension and Captain's behavior in all the other books being a shoot first ask questions later behavior - if that Captain America is a stand in character. Or the Captain America book happened before all of his appearances in the Avengers/X-men and his time spent in the Z Dimension seriously fucked him up
So a funny thing happened in the preview for Thanos Rising #3
Apparently Thanos had a son, shortly after leaving Titan. He abandoned both it and his wife.
Given how he reacted to Nebula claiming she was his offspring, I have to wonder if he's going to come back to destroy his family or not.
The Mighty (Avengers?) Infinity tie-in, starring Luke Cage as a leader of the heroes left on Earth who have to become the Avengers in the wake of Thanos' invasion.
No word on creative team or the rest of the roster, the Cage thing is only visible with the Marvel AR app.
Postin this here too since this is the de facto Infinity thread
So I saw somebody elsewhere on the internet mention this, and I thought it was interesting:
Sharon Carter's been MIA in the Marvel U ever since Captain America #1. That's kind of weird, isn't it? I mean, discounting Cap's title, it seems like she'd be a natural for at least a cameo in Secret Avengers or either of the other Avengers books Steve shows up in, but she's just kind of disappeared for some reason.
You know, that reminds me, it's really a shame the whole Sharon Carter/Victoria Hand/Maria Hill as the trio of Avengers liasons, didn't get to play out a little longer. I thought that was kind of an interesting status quo, and a way to position three women as important characters, to the Marvel U as a whole.

Hmm, that's the exact amount of classes in M:aa, and Luke Cage is a scrapper, which is what that fist symbol is in M:aa, I'm probably wrong, just noticed it was all

Dude. TMI.
But I guess he always did.
He's earned it! Right? Maybe. Let's try not to think too hard about it.

-1 for DC Editorial Bullshit (I am still depressed about him leaving Earth-2 over it.)
+1 gain of one of DC's best writers for Marvel

but also that it felt really, I dunno
cute
also Victoria Hand is kind of a horrible person, I dunno what Steve was smoking
but the reason as to why she was working with the New Avengers was absolutely paper thin

Yeah it was even pointed out. They made a CHarlies Angels reference.
