I suppose it looks like the legs are moving, without any corresponding motion in the body. The body seems to stay at exactly the same height. Maybe if you change that it'll look a bit better.

You could pull off what you're doing with the arms in all FK. Or if you really have to make a switch it's not that hard, just match the FK/IK skeleton up on the frame before you switch.

I rarely ever animate IK arms anymore.
