Where are all the Kaiser card decks?

My coworker has been looking, unsuccessfully, for ages it seems for a deck of Kaiser cards. She wants one of those decks that's made specifically for Kaiser. Both she and I have seen these decks in the past, but she hasn't had any luck in any of the local shops (including chains) and we both haven't had much luck looking online.
Do any of you know of any secret card deck stores to check? Online specialties? I even took a look through some of the "brand" website, like Bicycle, and didn't have any luck.
