Cops Gone Wild: Rape Cops Edition

From the LAPD we get this story of two cops accused of forcing women to perform sex acts on them under threat of jail time for non-compliance.

Last time I checked, that would be rape.

Worse, instead of showing these cops how rapists really get treated, the LAPD took the a page from the Catholic Church, and transferred the cops in question. It was only after they went back to their old rapey tricks that they were finally caught. Fuck. What the fuck happened here?
