Not sure I buy the kayle build. I mean, her main liandry procc is if someone is standing next to someone she's wailing on. Zoning by dangerous tanks would be hugely prohibitive on her damage.

Welcome to my last two nights. Spent 5 hours straight trying for first win of the day last night before I finally got it at 1:30 AM.
Last night I tried for a couple of hours and failed. Tried a dominion game and was kicking ass as Varus but we just couldn't carry the bot lane Jayce who was horrible.
I had 1850 score at the end and the 2nd place score on my team was 1450. Just couldn't carry hard enough.
IMO Liandry's on Kayle is good because it procs the 10% version on her Q, not because of her E. Not that it'd be bad for it to proc on her E, but doing 10% current health with her Q which already has a 1.0 AP ratio and good base damage is what AP Kayle is about.
She's a beast mid AP, though I still think she works best as hybrid AS/AP. Like Liandry's, then hybrid items. She's one of the few champions who makes exceptionally good use of how cost effective Guinsoo's Rageblade is for instance.
Question for the PBE players; does Thresh's passive get altered at all on Dominion? Do the minions there have a higher soul drop rate?
I can't help but think that he's going to have a bad time on it with his complete lack of resistance scaling per level.
It's more likely that they just didn't plan on balancing him at all for Dominion. He's not overpowered, just underpowered. Underpowered is much less reason to fix him than if he stomping faces everyday.

It's actually pretty useful, like if you're top vs. Fiora, you can still harass her while not taking damage from parry. (It also used to be fun when Tiamat's stacked, were ranged and only 2 would splash for 110%)

I bought it yesterday. Never played shaco a game in my life, but i had to have it. But two games ive played with Shaco i have won. easy mode.
We need to get the goose weighing scale out before burning the heretic.
Or is it sentence first, trial later in case of shaco lovers?
Lol...i was playing mid Talon, and our jungler was a shaco. He destroyed the other team. I was the complete newb feeder by ending the game 5/2 (the only 2 deaths on my team...we ended it like 30 - 2) anyway, that pretty much sold it for me. I have been looking for a new jungler, that game + shaco skin = fun times.

-Vault Breaker (Q):
-Vault Breaker will now always refund its CD and mana when interrupted
Currently Vault Breaker is sometimes being put on cooldown when Vi gets CC'd during its charge time. This is not the intended functionality. As a melee champ who focuses on autoattacks, losing the VB charge is already punishing enough for Vi. She should not be losing her move-block on top of that.
-Vault Breaker will now always stun for the intended amount of time (.5 seconds)
Currently VB, when hit at max range, is not stunning champs for as long as intended. Going to fix that.
-Vi will now always attack enemy champions after hitting them with Q
Currently Vi sometimes won't attack her enemy after landing a VB. Now she always will. Should be a good feel change. Q + Auto + E should flow right into each other much better now.
-Excessive Force (E)
-The responsiveness of Vi's attacks after using Excessive Force is being increased
EF currently hits twice as fast as a normal attack. This creates a longer space between an EF empowered strike and the attack following it. The end result? Excessive Force feels rather clunky and sluggish.
I'm decreasing the wind-down time Vi will experience after hitting someone with EF. This means the attack after EF will now come out slightly faster. Should feel a lot better and also add a good amount of power (faster attacks = more damage and dueling potential).
-Assault and Battery (R):
-Assault and Battery will no longer be canceled by stealth and the damage won't be negated by characters with CC immunity.
Currently A&B is getting dodged by things that shouldn't be able to dodge it. Not intended. The ONLY ways a champ should be able to avoid A&B is by going untargetable or putting up a spellshield. Olaf and Morg will no longer stop its damage and Akali will no longer be able to twilight shroud herself out of danger.
-Champions affected by Assault and Battery will no longer be able to cast spells after being knocked into the air.
Currently targets of A&B are able to cast spells like flash, troll pool, and tumble for about .25 seconds after being knocked up. The CC wasn't being applied early enough in the animation. This change should put an end to ADC's flashing away AFTER you hit them.
Not going to beat around the bush here. While these changes, from a design standpoint, are all intended to make Vi more consistent and improve her feel/flow, many of them are buffs. Will be watching her and tweaking as needed.

The Koreans have been doing Nashor's -> Liandry's -> Deathcap (sorcerer's shoes somewhere in there), I believe. I've also seen GA. Anything beyond the Nashor's + Liandry's tends to be up to your best judgment as an AP player. For example, if they have a lot of mr at that point you might need to go for Void Staff.
EDIT: They also start Flask + 5 pots + Ward at level 1.
EDIT2: I'm also pretty sure the Liandry's proc doesn't do as much damage as just building more raw ap with the same money.
linadry's is pretty bad. or maybe I'm just spoiled by BFT. BFT makes mages a lot more fun to play, imo. it gives you other ways to play mages besides stack ap.

Liandry's is only good in my opinion if you're going for obscene poke, such as mpen Mundo. Otherwise, it doesn't do much damage at all because your burst will bring them down before the dot can tick.

Liandry's is good because AP, HP, and magic pen are good too. It's not like the proc is the only thing the item brings to the table. The proc is still very good anyway.
Love going Magic Pen/ tank with Elise. Just build magic pen, sunfire cape, live forever doing tons of sustained damage, execute people at the end. Also, if you are getting your ass kicked by assassins mid, AP Yi is the answer. Shoves the lane, free heals, and does damage for free. Best case senario, opposing assassin can only farm while you roam and gank, best case senario they die a ton and you take mid tower super early.
