[NotABug] Animated GIF avatars make Chrome crap the bed

Probably more a Chrome issue than a forum issue, but Chrome can't seem to handle page loads very well when there are a ton of animated GIF avs. Mostly just curious to see if other people are having this problem.

I can use the forum after the page load is complete by installing an extension that stops all the animation, and my connection isn't the problem (100+ Mbps university internet). IE9 and Firefox seem to handle it fine.

Yeah that sucks but its not a forum issue really. Interestingly, my Chrome doesn't do this. Perhaps its time to re-install.
