This game came out just a couple years ago, and I seem to know everything about it except the name. It had many 2-second vignettes that take place moments before nuclear armageddon. The situations are often humorous, like bringing a girl a drink at a bar, or a child jumping over something on a skateboard. You barely have time to react correctly if you are not familiar with the game.
Oh, and it has Scott Joplin's "Original Rags" as the music.
