Minor Timezone and DST bug

Just a minor bug with the timezones and DST settings.
When I set my Timezone to it's usual -5 and the DST settings to auto, it does not correct the time. But if I change it to -4, the time is corrected for DST. The only way I can get the time to display correctly is to set DST always on, but it would be nice to not have to adjust it when the time comes.
Not very serious, just kind of annoying sometimes.
edit: Reading back, I realize how silly that post sounds, using "time" so many times...Argh!!
