It doesn't take long for Namor to get his teammates where they need to be. His subjects obey his every command, and prepare for their new guests. A SHIELD submersible carries the team down to the depths of the ocean, where they find the Kingdom of Atlantis waiting for them in all it's beauty and splendor.
Namor swims ahead, leading the transport to an area on the edge of the city. Here is where the mages of Atlantis ply their trade. As everyone departs, they are given special apparatuses, the finest in Atlantean technology, so they can breathe and speak comfortably underwater. While Flash doesn't need one thanks to the symbiote, he's issued one anyway, just in case.
The facility where aspiring Atlantean sorcerers learn the ropes leads to a massive ritual chamber. The walls are adorned with fantastical symbols and pieces of artwork. Wiccan sits down in the center of the room, and begins to set up.
"I'm going to need to be left alone for this, guys. Other minds nearby could interfere with my concentration. I know that's not ideal, but I don't want to screw this up. Very, very, VERY bad things could happen if I screw this up."
He starts drawing a magic circle around himself while some Atlantean assistants prepare some candles.
"On the plus side, the ritual will erect a magical barrier all around this room. It'll be able to take quite a bit of of punishment, and stop any people that might happen to have an article of clothing that lets them teleport around from zapping in and nabbing the stone."
He frowns.
"It's not going to be invincible, though. I need to concentrate on getting Mr. Strange back to us, so I'm still going to be vulnerable. And I'm pretty sure I can feel some other forces trying to home onto this thing this very second. I'm betting the Hood is tying to track it. More good news: the ritual is going to surround this building in a big, obnoxious, glowing light. So, uh, if someone's looking for us, they'll find us. I'm gonna need you guys to, like, punch any bad guys that show up. I, uh, think you're pretty good at that, so I have no reason to worry, right? I'm just going to try and pull the Sorcerer Supreme away from the clutches of Basically Satan using what may or may not be a Norn Stone. Nothing to be nervous about. Nothing at all."
The building itself has two entrances, one that leads into the greater city and one that leads into the open waters, where the SHIELD transport is currently docked. Each has a squad of Atlantean guards posted and ready. The other two sides of the chamber have no built-in way in or out. The building itself is a dome, all around them is a translucent window-like material. It's strong, though. Resistant to attack. Not impervious, however. Water surrounds them at all sides, the area is open and unshielded by the terrain.
Oh yeah, @jdarksun and anyone else who wanted to try a recovery action, you can make an attempt that can take place sometime between getting the gem and now.
Also any stress you had will have gone down a step.

Namor
"I'll take position with my men here at the entrance to open waters. We shall crush any interlopers, right, men?" The guards let out triumphant cheers as Namor looks on.
Assuming my trauma gets stepped down to a d4? Maybe?
Cap heads for the entrance that leads into the city.
"I'll stay here for now. Rogue, Venom, please try to reinforce anyone who looks like they're in trouble and keep an eye on the... sky." He gestures toward the dome above them.
"You got it, Cap." I turn to Venom. "You watch the east side, I'll take the west. Heh, I was gonna warn ya not to break the dome, but I guess I ain't got any grounds to chide you about that."
As Wiccan begins his ritual, the team takes up positions. Cap and Namor take an entrance each, joining the Atlantean soldiers outside. As the Young Avenger begins to chant unintelligible things, magical energy coats the room in a warm glow, effectively erecting a forcefield all around it. It should keep anything in or out. Rogue and Venom head out into the water to patrol the surrounding ocean.
Wiccan squints as he notices Hulk has not left the chamber.
"I'm sorry, Dr. Banner, but I really need to be alone for this. With anyone else around it's hard to concen..."
He is interrupted, as several portions of the magical barrier begin to glow and pulsate.
"Wait. Something's interfering."
Man-sized circular patterns begins to form on the walls. Hulk can see a shadowy silhouette behind each one.
But then, with a flash, they all vanish, and everything's back to normal again. A glance over at Wiccan shows the kid straining himself pretty hard.
"I think it's the Hood. Trying to port right to us. But I stopped him. He's not getting in that way. Probably. Maybe."
Namor glances back at the wall behind him, now glowing a garish pink. Suddenly, there is a bright flash of light in the waters ahead. A ball of energy explodes in front of him and his men. But no one is harmed, it's mere visual trickery. But as he looks back at where the center of the explosion was, he sees a man standing there now. A very familiar one.
"Ha! Lucky me!"
Tiger Shark flexes his arms and grins at Prince Namor.
"Was hoping I'd get to kill you today."
Up above, Rogue and Venom are witness to a similar light show. As the portal closes, they're faced with not one, not two, but three of the Hood's hired help. Two women, one blonde, one raven-haired. One man, who looks more reptillian than human. All clad in green. None of them seem to be having any trouble breathing underwater.
Flash had spent enough time going through files to recognize them all as former members of the terrorist group, the Serpent Society. The fishy-looking male was Death Adder, the asian woman Black Mamba, and the blonde Anaconda.
At first, the trio doesn't notice the pair of heroes. Black mamba motions towards the ritual chamber below.
"I'm gonna go ahead and guess the target is in the big glowy building."
Death Adder nods.
"Yeeessssss."
Anaconda, not wanting to waste time, swims down.
"Well, then let's get our little reunion over with."
Cap stands guard at the city gates, but it's not long before he, too, hears a massive explosion. But this one is a bit further away, and accompanied by the screams of Atlantean citizens. Before he can run off to investigate, a nearby wall crumbles, as a guard is launched through it. The poor soldier flops to the ground at Cap's feet, and a large, imposing figure steps through the wreckage towards him.
A man in a towering suit of armor, and someone who has given Steve's friend Tony a good bit of trouble over the years. The Titanium Man is here, and seems to have upgraded his suit for a little deep sea exploration.
The robotic warrior glances down at Cap, and primes it's weapons.
"I suggest you step aside."
Back in the chamber, Hulk can hear a lot of noise coming from outside, in all directions. Wiccan tries to force a smile.
"I guess it was too much to hope he'd just give up, huh?"
As they hear another explosion, the kid grits his teeth.
"I think I've found him! I can feel Dr. Strange! Just need to focus on his location..."
Wiccan begins to chant again, and as he does so a large portal swells in the center of the room, growing larger and larger. All Hulk can see on the other end is pure black.
"Oh...uh, I don't think he's alone, though."
A massive hand shoots out of the hole and grabs the Hulk. A head pokes through the other side of the abyss, revealing a massive demon on the other side. It shrieks a blood-curdling cry, making the whole room shake, lifting the giant(who doesn't seem so giant) into the air.
"Oh, look. Themed villains. Wooowww." I hope my sarcasm has some sort of effect on them, because I need every edge I can get right now. Speaking of edges... I managed to snag a few handheld Atlantean depth charges before we went out into the water. I pulled the pin, and pointed the little self-propelled engine of destruction right in the middle of Silly Snake Squad.

I roll my eyes at Tiger Shark. "Arliss, I should have known. I thought I smelled something foul in the water earlier; thank you for confirming my suspicions."
Without waiting for a reply, I launch myself at the pretender to my throne. "You'd do well to stand down. I've imprisoned you here once, and I have no reservations to do so again!"
One minute I'm standing there looking around for the Next threat to pop it's head up and the Next a huge demonic hand shoots out of a portal and grabs hold. The beast attached to the hand Snarling and snapping as it trys to pull me though the portal into whatever hell it came from. I Dig my Feet into the ground and halt it for a second before I grab hold of the wrist and Pull. Better to pull the demon in here with me then me on the other side of wherever the hell that portal leads. In this case quite literally.

Gonna drop my other d6 to keep an effect die on the reaction, and counter with a d12 Grabbed complication on Hulk.
Death Adder sees the explosives coming for him, and screeches a warning to his fellow Serpents.
"Ssssssssscatter!"
As he deftly propels himself through the water, the charges go off, exploding in little clouds of violence. The warning gives Black Mamba just enough time to create a shield of darkforce in front of her, while Anaconda seems to take the blast head-on. As the trio comes back into view, Flash unfortunately sees that his first strike fell flat, as all three of the Serpents are no worse for wear. That's when Mamba notices him, and the villainess points at him and Rogue.
"There!"
Tiger Shark smugly tilts his nose up at Namor.
"I remember. Maybe when I run this place, the tables will turn and you'll be the one locked up in-"
BLAM
Namor's fist meets Tiger Shark's jaw, in a stirring rebuttal. The sheer force of the blow could move heaven and earth itself, but for now, we'll have to settle with it moving Tiger Shark's now-unconscious carcass across about fourteen city blocks.
Titanium Man, unlike Shark, seems to be expecting a direct frontal attack. But cap was expecting him to expect it. Cap, always the thinking man's fighter, uses his momentum(with a little help from his one-of-a-kind shield) to stagger the big metal man. The suit stumbles to the side, nearly losing it's footing completely as it crashes through the wall beside it.
Leaning against a half-shattered wall, he's kinda stuck. Angrily, the man inside the suit points an arm at the Avenger.
"Blast you!"
Cap was pretty sure it wasn't an intentional pun, but Titanium Man attempts to blast him, a concussive beam coming his way.
As the Hulk digs in and tries to give the hellspawn a taste of it's own medicine, at first it seems like he might be winning the high-stakes game of tug of war. But then, everything starts to burn. The fires of hell itself are alive in this demonic monster, and it's mere touch is agonizing. Gritting his teeth as smoke rises from his burning flesh, Hulk's might falters just a little bit, and it's enough for the demon to overpower him. Lifting him into the air, the demon now has the Hulk at it's mercy. As Hulk struggles, it squeezes, at the same time engulfing itself in flame. To the demon, it's only a matter of what will kill it's prey first.
For how long it took to make that post, it feels way too small. So many dice.
Anyway, @Bedlam66 your reaction is up. @Khildith you are also needing to react, and don't forget to add in the complication you just gave him. @jdarksun it is up to you to pick either Rogue or one of the SS next. Finally, @dresdenphile has slaughtered his poor opponent so I'll leave his next move up to him. He could try and help someone else if he wants, if that's the case dresden just tell me who and I'll move you into that scene. If there's something else you want Namor to do instead, go nuts.

I'll go help out Cap, since Rogue and Venom probably have things under control.
The boom might not have done any harm that I can tell, but maybe it's put them off-balance enough for me to get in. I swoop over to Death Adder and try to get him in a headlock.
"All I gotta do is touch ya for a few seconds and you're out for the count, fella!" I grunt, doing my best to keep a grip on him.
Not up for rolling right now, see my recent posts for why.
Steve spins to avoid the blast, using his momentum to launch his shield directly at Titanium Man's arm.
It connects, pushing his weapon directly into the wall just in time to make the next discharge collapse the entire thing on top of him.

I've been on vacation out of the country for the past two weeks and while I was hoping I'd still be active here, I obviously have not been. Between being busy with my family, my body deciding to get sick multiple times in a row, and just not having my books or a decent computer with me, I haven't mustered up the desire to put in the effort that the next big post of reactions and dice rolls and narrations require of me. That being said, I'll be back home pretty soon and am willing to get things back on track then. Hopefully by the start of next week I'll have everything rolled and typed up for you and we can get going again in the new year. Sorry for the unannounced break. In retrospect I should have just officially put the game on hold for my trip.
Okay guys, here you go. Again, sorry about my non-activity over the holidays.
So @Captain Carrot isn't available for rolling right now. What I'm going to do is toss away a doom die and separate Rogue and Death Adder from the pack. Carrot you and I can just go diceless and rp this out.
Adder hisses as he struggles in Rogue's grip. Using his enhanced talents, he propels himself to the side, launching himself and his attacker through the water at high speed. Rogue can feel her powers working as they head into the city at high velocity, leeching Death Adder's strength. But it doesn't work fast enough. The two of them crash into a high building, smashing through it's protective dome. Rogue loses her grip, and they both smash into the ground, rubble from the impact falling around them.
The fall hurts, but it's nothing Rogue can't take. As she stands back up, she sees that she isn't the only one who's tough enough to keep going, as Death Adder rises to face her. He brushes himself off and snarls at Rogue.
"Troublessssssome woman! You'll die here, in my domain!"
But it may not just be his domain anymore. Rogue can feel it. The ocean. The water. It feels like home now. The weight of the depths feels like nothing.
Also, she may be growing gills on her neck. How unfashionable.
Black Mamba doesn't see too concerned with losing one of her teammates. She points at Venom, shouting at her remaining comrade.
"Hold him!"
Anaconda takes no issue with that plan. She dives forward towards Flash, and as she gets close, her arms expand and elongate, and start wrapping around Venom like large snakes. Her grip is strong, and if Venom doesn't do something quick, he may be at the ladies' mercy.
Cap uses his pp to counter and take out his opponent, just like that! @Khildith and @dresdenphile it's now up to you where to go next.
Captain America's aim is true. The building collapses, and Titanium Man looks up just in time to scream
"NOOOO!"
The armored villain is buried, as an entire structure drops right down on top of him.
Namor touches down beside Cap, ready to help in the battle, only to find out he's not needed. Where Titanium Man was standing is now a huge pile of stone and metal.
He's probably okay under there. Probably.
@Bedlam66 if you want to, you can use a pp to use your effect die against the complication and get rid of it, sure. Whether you decide to do that or not, it's your turn next.
As Hulk and the demon engage in an epic test of strength, the big man doing everything he can to pry himself free and prevent the even bigger monster from crushing him like a grape, the Atlanteans open fire.
The shots do little to actually hurt the demon, but it still feels it. And it's enough to get it's attention. It roars and turns to look at the soldiers, it's eyes glowing. That little distraction is enough for Hulk to gain an edge. He manages to push the massive hand's fingers back just enough that he can breathe again. Just a little more, and he'll be free. Free to smash.

"Troublesome, eh?" I mock-scowl. "Hey, you know what they say about well-behaved women."
Adder cocks his head at that.
"Not ringing a bell? Guess fish ain't much for history." A neat little right hook sends him thudding against the wall, which gives me a little time to get used to the whole breathing under water thing. Gills feel pretty weird to the touch, and I bet they're totally ruining my whole hair/collar look. Well, you can't have everything, especially if you're Death Adder right now and you want to stay conscious.
I dash over while he's shaking off the stun, and get him into a full nelson.
"Not falling for that trick again, mutie!" Adder hisses, and bucks frantically. That's what I'm betting on, though, and I swoop into the rubble while his efforts become frenzied. A well-timed release and --- oof! Okay, a decently-timed release and he smashes his head on the concrete instead of my nose, but his elbow still hit my solar plexus.
I launch another one of those self-propelled grenades at the massive blond lady's face, and I get the reaction I hoped for: she unwraps her armsnakes from around me trying to protect herself.

I survey the battlefield and give a little sigh. "I feel like fate is conspiring to constantly put me into situations where I'm forced to hit women. It's unseemly for someone of my lineage to be continually striking ones of the fairer sex, Captain."
Without waiting for a response, I blast off towards Black Mamba, hoping to take one of the serpents out of the fight. "My lady, normally, I'd give you a small monologue about not wanting to hit women. You wouldn't believe me, and after the week I've had, my heart's not really into it," I say wearily, as I cock my fist back and slam it into the woman's stomach.

Mamba's Reaction: [1d4=2] [2d8=7, 8] [2d10=1, 10]
Anaconda: Team d10, Genetically Engineered d8, Durability d10, Combat d8, Venom's Stress d10
Anaconda's Reaction: [2d8=7, 4] [3d10=8, 3, 3]
So everyone gets past the explosives.
Next we have Tiger Shark. Namor's Berserk ups my d10 to d12.
Solo d8, Would-Be Conqueror d8, Strength d12, Combat d8, and I'll throw in a d12 doom die too so xp for everyone.
Shark's Reaction: [3d8=8, 1, 1] [2d12=5, 1]
Haha, welp, that'll do it. Seems like Namor either gets taken out or he completely obliterates things. Seems appropriate.
Titanium Man! Cap rolled a 1 and gets a pp while I take a new d6.
Solo d10, Shortsighted d4(upping my d6 to d8), Durability d10, Combat d8, Cap's Stress d6
T-Man's Reaction: [1d4=3] [1d6=4] [1d8=1] [2d10=2, 6]
10 d10, so Cap pulls it off but his effect steps down to d6.
Now for the Demon. Hulk gains a total of 2pp though at least, and his emotional stress steps up. The Demon is a Solo 2d12 large scale threat.
Solo 2d12, Demonic Power d8, Strength d12, Fire Control d10, Combat d8, Hulk's Stress d6
Demon Reaction: [1d6=4] [2d8=6, 6] [1d10=4] [3d12=9, 4, 7]
Titanium Man: Solo d10, High-Powered d18, Blast d10, Combat d8, Cap's Stress d6
Pew Pew: [1d6=5] [2d8=2, 3] [2d10=5, 2]

Squeeze: [1d6=5] [2d8=4, 6] [1d10=4] [3d12=4, 8, 7]
I'm a dumbass who uput in hulk's stress instead of his complication, erase that d6 and instead...
Hulk's Complication: 1d12 4 so actually slightly worse, yay!
Alright so 15 with a d10, physical stress attempt.
Scene Distinctions: Water Water Everywhere, Atlantean Military
Captain America: 2pp, d6 Physical Stress
Venom: 1pp, d6 Emotional trauma, d4 Mental stress, d10 physical stress

Titanium Man: d6 Off Balance complication
Demon
Anyway, @Bedlam66 your reaction is up. @Khildith you are also needing to react, and don't forget to add in the complication you just gave him. @jdarksun it is up to you to pick either Rogue or one of the SS next. Finally, @dresdenphile has slaughtered his poor opponent so I'll leave his next move up to him. He could try and help someone else if he wants, if that's the case dresden just tell me who and I'll move you into that scene. If there's something else you want Namor to do instead, go nuts.
Steve spins to avoid the blast, using his momentum to launch his shield directly at Titanium Man's arm.
It connects, pushing his weapon directly into the wall just in time to make the next discharge collapse the entire thing on top of him.
Sentinel of Libery d8
Enhanced Reflexes d8
Godlike Durability d12
Combat Master 2d8
Off Balance Complication d6
Roll: [4d8=4, 6, 3, 6] [1d12=3] [2d6=5, 6] Spending a pp to up it to 18 d12 and another to counter attack with a Buried complication. Leaves me with no PP but I think takes him out after stepping it up past d12
Let me know if I messed it up.
I try to pull out of the demon's grip but the damn thing won't let go of me. I Dig my Feet into the ground to halt my movement. If I don't get out of this grip this demon's going to Squeeze the life out of me.
"Alright you Bastard. If you don't let go of me I'm going to Rip off this arm and beat you to death with it."
I see some Soilders come into the room from the other side and just stand there staring at the Situation. I don't Blame but I could use a bit a help.
"whata youz Bastards Waiting for, a open invitation? Blast this son of a Bitch back to Hell!"

13 with a d10, going for a Grappled complication
@jdarksun your reaction is next!
Probably.

Reaction to Anaconda's attack: 2#1d10 10 1 2#1d8 5 1 1#1d4 4
Rolled two 1s (+1PP?).
10 + 4 = 14 w/ d8 effect v 13 w/ d10
I'll drop a PP to inflict (...d8?) physical stress.
I'll spend a PP to make that 25 with a d10 physical stress coming at her.
