I don't feel I get shit on a lot since I tend to play now and again . Just the lack of certain minor things I do find annoying

Dumb f2p decisions: passing on the end-boss FP loot counts as one of your three weekly loot rolls.
It was that somehow, from within the derelict-horror, they had learned a way to see inside an ugly, broken thing... And take away its pain.

Dunno, if I remember I'll try that next FP I run.

Wow.
What happens if you just let the timer run out instead?
Letting the timer run down acts as if you clicked Pass.
They're really intent on driving away F2P people, aren't they?
I can't speak much to FP drops (as there are ways to skirt around the limit if you run FPs with friends), but after chatting up someone who is a pure F2P player over the past couple weeks, I've come to believe that the XP penalties levied on F2Pers are the worst things they have to work with.
This F2Per (a Sorcerer) has done:
- All of Korriban
- All of Dromund Kaas
- All of Balmorra including the bonus series, but no heroics
- All of Nar Shaddaa
- Multiple runs of Hammer Station and Athiss
Their level? 21. Tatooine is far too difficult to do, and the Nar Shaddaa bonus series requires level 28. Right now their only options for leveling are space missions, a tiny handful of warzones per week, chain-running flashpoints, or pure mob grinding.

That is insane. Are they just supposed to go around killing random mobs to level up? There was some talk a few weeks ago about maybe opening up pvp to F2Pers without restriction, and I really hope they do that, at minimum.

The reason I stopped playing and eventually deleted the level 25 Merc I leveled while I was free to play is that I got to the end of Tatooine and was level 25. The fight at the end took me something like ten tries, most of which were me just trying to get to it but getting killed by Strong 27/28 Sand People who healed each other. I had screamed myself hoarse in frustration by the time I finally won...and the twist at the end of the Bounty Hunter's Tatooine storyline, which felt like a taunt, did not help at all.
Below are just some major points. You can see the full notes here: http://dulfy.net/2013/06/10/swtor-pa...estream-notes/
Jeff said 2.2 should be this week.
Patch 2.3 - August 6, brand new recurring event (L15+ to participate), new daily area, new flashpoint, new graphical upgrades. Event will launch ~ 1 week after patch.
Those going to cantina tours will be getting exclusive new info about upcoming patches via SWTOR thumbdrive. Those going to the LA meet and greet in 3 days will get patch 2.3 info and Jeff will buy you a drink.
Not done with Dread Masters but can't talk much about it.
Working on cross server PvP queue. Trying to resolve queue issues in patch 2.4. Patch 2.4 will be the biggest PvP update since launch.
Cathar sold well but new species not anytime soon. Takes a long time to develop them.
Around July 4 and end of July you will see subscriber only benefits.
Rakghoul DNA, you should keep them just in case. Alot of back and forth about Rakghoul event, not clear if it is coming back.
SSSP - yes it exists, and is based on player feedback but that is all we can say right now.
Using /stuck in a warzone while in combat will add 20 seconds to your rez timer in patch 2.2.1.
Hood toggle - we are working on it but it would be alot easier if we added it in from the beginning. Alot of work to add them now.

That assault cannon looks adorable, I bet it uses that terrible generic pew pew noise that half the ACs in the game use.

Also, the assault cannon was confirmed to "spin like a gatling gun" by a dev, which is cool, one of my big gripes was some other gatling guns that looked like they should spin but didn't. I like the look of the pistol/rifles, the wood finish - looks very classic/old school.
Portable chair is nice, too, just because there are so few chairs in the world and I like to get my RP on sometimes.
The previous CE dye was Bind on Use, and the CE folks pitched an unholy fit, so Bioware promised the CE guys would get another unique color, and it would be BoP.

I've gotten some of the football gear. The stuff I have is labeled Rotworm (I assume there's a Frogdog set, too). When you get a piece, you get two of the same piece but with a color swap. Roworm Away and Rotworm Home.
I think I'll buy one of the blaster rifles for my IA. The Aratech and Praxon speeders are awesome, but I expect them to be extremely expensive off of the GTN.

I just dropped to preferred anyway, so I'm limited to a 350K line of credit.
Also, this is one beefy patch. Over half a gig.
Looks like I need to get into a living guild now. +1% for xp and rep (stacks with the +5% XP) for every 5 "active" unique accounts, up to a +10% bonus.
An active account being a Preferred or Subbed player that has logged in in the past 30 days (starting the day the patched dropped).
Also, are security key dyes still BoP? I know they weren't at first but the patch that changed them and the first set of CE dyes.

The new AC spins whenever it's not on your back (and holstering it will cause the barrels to slowly stop).

They won't be so much subscriber-only benefits. They'll just allow subscribers to shit all over preferred and F2P players as much as the devs do.

This seems more like a bug than a feature, if you take my meaning.

They'll be Bind on Pickup.

I don't know why.
Also, Derelict sabers look very similar to Obi-wan's Episode 1/2 versions.
Also also, I want the Echo and the Aratechs with the holobodies are really cool looking.
In closing, Is there another armor that uses the Huttball chest design, including the shoulder pads?
I know the GSI chest is similar (as are a few other pieces) but doesn't have the shoulder bits.

There's a black/grey set. Maybe Dread Guard or Hazmat drops.
