I can be absolutely sure about one thing: George Clooney will not be Stephen Strange.

Is it because having nipples on Strange's costume would be weird?

I'm not sure George Clooney could handle Stephen Strange's nipples.

Okay, when that drops to $40 on consoles, I'm getting it.

Why wouldn't you just rent it?

'Cause I don't rent games? Haven't really since the NES era.

Okay? I just imagine this game is a much better rent then purchase.

Or if it's really all that questionable and people have a PC powerful enough to run it, wait a Steam sale or 2 and snag it for like $5-10.

I hear the story and stuff get much better in the last half of the game, the problem is most ragequit over the controls long before that.

I've little faith in Days of Future Past without Vaughn, but Beast is looking good. I miss the cleft lip, but am glad to see the unusual sides of his mouth and dark, splotchy bottom lip go.

Singer did pretty well on the first two X-Men, so I think it has a shot at being good.

I'll take Olivia Wilde in any role in the MCU.

Hell I'd be fine with Olivia Wilde playing herself in the MCU.

To be fair, I appreciated how much her character in Tron Legacy wasn't one of the five brands of annoying female characters usually are in science fiction/fantasy blockbuster movies.

But then there's Cowboys and Aliens, where the story would've been better without her even being there.

I didn't think Cowboys & Aliens was that bad of a film. By no means a great film, but a serviceable adventure movie. It was a simple concept, and they played it through.

Oh, yeah, it was an okay movie. Merely adequate, but not offensively bad

I'm just saying that pinpointing Olivia Wilde as The Problem with Cowboys and Aliens is silly

Olivia Wilde has a good face for Wonder Woman, if you wanted to play her up as an alien presence in man's world, but I don't know how well she could sell the character's physicality.

  • JoolanderJoolander Registered User regular
Wonder Woman needs to be muscular and statuesque

as much as I love Olivia Wilde, she is neither of those things

I don't think she needs to be muscular and statuesque. There are other ways to interpret the character.

Also, I wouldn't use either of those adjectives to describe Scarlett Johansson, but she successfully portrays a character who's very physical.

It's not like the actress can't "bulk up" to play wonder woman as well.

She doesn't have to be ripped, but she should be statuesque. I actually just GISed "statuesque" to find an example, and Google even suggests "Amazonian women"

    She should be this:
    jeXV8Nv.jpg

    Not this:
    J7uu4CV.jpg

She should be "solid" yet still "feminine". Thick, but not curvy. Beautiful, but not sexy.
