Except one thing, one horrific, purple thing. It turns out that with a Reverie Lulu can make ANYONE the best initiator in the game. Got 3 four man knock ups in a row with my team having Riven, Fiddles and MF. Yeah, those fights were stomps.
Explain why? If you are solo que, that means you got 4 other differently minded individuals. since you need 4 votes, it can not be used for bullying because the other people simply wont agree.
Hypothetical Game 1:
Player A: Hey guys, I'd like to jungle.
Player B: Posts lolking stats. You have a 45% win rate in the jungle, I have over 60%. I am jungling.
Player A: I pick before you, jungle is my best role, I want to jungle.
Player C: Let player B do it.
Player B: You suck at jungle. I am doing it.
Player A: No, I am jungling.
Player B: Who wants to kick this guy?
*Player A kicked from game*
Hypothetical Game 2:
Player A posts bans.
Player B & C: HOLY FUCK YOU DIDN'T BAN SHEN?
Player A: Silent.
Player B: Well, this game is lost. Player A didn't ban Shen, we're fucked. I'm initiating a vote kick because I don't want to play with this asshole.
*Player A kicked from game"
It's a bad idea, because people will absolutely abuse the fuck out of it to punish good players and it wont stop your trolls. They'll only be more savvy.
Now this explains things a bit better. However, in each of your Hypothetical games you could have Player D, or Player E, who says, nah man, I am not gunna kick him just because he did not ban Shen, that would be stupid and trollish.
Our current games run like this:
Player A: Mid or I feed.
Player B: ....
Player C: ....
Player ....
Player E: ....
Player E has dodged.
New Group,
Player A: Hey guys, still mid or I feed.
Everyone: ....
Riot is hoping their dodge penalty will fix this type of behavior. Personally, I'd rather just have the option to report people in the lobby.

Yeah but I suppose the defense against that is:
1) reporting in the lobby still means someone has to dodge
2) you have only just met the guy. I've had a few times where I sighed a 'why would you say that' in picking for the guy to turn out to be a bro.
Not to shut you down, just like I said playing with strangers in a team game will always be painful and nothing will really solve it. It's why I liked the no penalty dodges that were time based, it meant I had my own defence of 'fuck this shit, I'm going to go play DOTA/Chivalry/Whatever I feel like'.
Okay... what do I do when I've hit 22k total gold in a game? I already had Ruined King, Alacrity Mercury, Last Whisper, Black Cleaver, Frozen Mallet, and Warmog's on Vi (4k HP... meaning 400 HP blast shields... and I was hitting for like 30% max hp over each three attack chain)
And still had 3k at the end of the game.
Buy the AP and AD potions, Oracles, and let the others on your team get the CS in lanes since you are pretty much build complete.
Oh and yeah go win the game already

i like getting spirit of the elder lizard + cleaver + warmogs on vi and just not giving red buff to the ranged carry at any stage in the game because i get more out of it
also the chance to slow on tri force stacks and goes up to 82%
with that kind of slow power u will be unstoppableeeeeeeee
But I had mallet. Why would I want a mere 82%?
why get mallet when you can get icebourn?
Because Vi sucks at chain proccing Iceborn.
Yup, pretty much this. FF is awesome on Vi, but she can't really proc it consistently. On the flip side Frozen Mallet works nicely with her auto attack resets and lets her stick much more reliably from my experience.
