Just had a Renekton jungle who was 0/3/1 when our least fed was a 0/0/11 Taric yelling about how he was the best player in the game, and was the only one who had made it into silver for S2(Our team was, like, all silver from S2)
It was fun.
In other news, Tiger Udyr in the Jungle is fucking incredible. I've started building Hunters -> Ninja Tabai -> Spirit of the Golemn -> Wit's End ->Warmongs
Nothing like running up in bear, stunning, and then taking half their HP just in Tiger stance damage before they can even move.
Hmm, I need to start forcing Nunu every game.. Went pure AP for shenanigans and had some laughs.. Only defensive item was a twin shadows,, perma slow Yeti. Had a shit ton of lag/player disconnects lately, though, so I guess this S3 launch is a little more successful than Riot was anticipating, unfortunately.
Trying to play Draven through lag at low ELO is no fun.
Played some Rugged Garen today, and I was getting the electric crackling noise that Steel Legion Garen gets during the movement speed increase part of his Q.
Playing Treeline with my brother, and our Garen never connects. So we're playing a 2v3 the entire game.
Thankfully, was playing the right champ for the job. (And who totally got FB.)
Still lost, but we made them fight up hill for almost 50 minutes to actually *take* the Nexus.
Was joking that it was like playing Survival mode in a tower defense game. You know you're going to lose, but gotta get as many points as possible.
Barrier & Cap saved my life so many times. Especially Wooglet's, since turrets keep firing while you're invincible. Although I was slow on the activating a few times that would've saved me.

I'm unsure of what to do on jungle Kayle now, though. If I was mid I'd simply build a pimpcup, because, you know, pimpcup.
Guess I'll rush a philo?
Some days Blue wonders why anyone ever bothered making numbers so small; other days she supposes even infinity needs to start somewhere.
That wasn't a way to deal with Kayle at all. It was a way to have a cheap easy to build AP item that provides CDR and builds into several items that anyone can use, much like kindlegem except specifically for AP. It being a buff or nerf is debatable considering it's cheaper cost making it more likely it will see use in more champion's builds.

It's like when they took mana regen off of DFG. It's awesome
So I have late game mana issues on Hecarim. Has anyone else experienced this? am I just popping my W too often? Should I build a Shurelyia's or something? (or Eleisa's lolol)
nobody wants to let me top im so sad
stop making me support if you dont know how to play top lane ughghghgh
I used to play top and fell out of it literally just because everyone wanted to top and I figured I'd just let them and if they fed then I could feel justified yelling at them.
I pretty much exclusively played support, but would switch depending on what was called.
Now that I've settled on Jungle or Mid my play has jumped a goddamn mile. Especially in the jungle. I used to hate the jungle. Now it is my best friend.
a: Everyone talks about the top champs being OP
b: If you get a good gank or just are actually good the lane snowballs like crazy and you get to feel like the hero of the team
c: If you lose your lane you can really easily blame your jungler
d: Jax is in the top lane? Also Darius.
e: You don't have to be squishy like an AP or ADC, you can kill shit, unlike a support, and there's less pressure on you than the jungle.
Hidden answer f: If you're actually just great at the game and top lane you can carry the team much more easily than other lanes.

It makes me feel bad that us people who actually top very well can't convince the randoms to let us do so, and all we can do is watch them feed.

After a certain point they gave up and kept running at me so I just had to cut a path the only way Draven knows how.
With style.
Last death was suicide in the turret.
Two highlight kills were: Morde flies out of spawn with homeguard into three SotD axes (I didn't have IE at that point) and dies just as fast as he came. I think soon after I killed someone else, Alistar and Draven show up a little later while I'm trying to kill the turrets and I have next to no health. When I realize I'm fucked I pop SotD and blow up Draven. Minions kill me before I can kill Alistar.
I had a top laner that I was so close to carrying the shit out of a team with today.
I was TF mid, he was Yorrick Top. Fiora jungle didn't gank once, and bot lane was total something like 2/25. Support was bitching out ADC and ADC was completely silent.

Since I started playing primarily top (and some jungle) this season my Elo has climbed drastically. I am usually able to win my lane and push that advantage to make plays that help the team elsewhere.

That's why I've been loving jungle so much. I get the fun of being able to carry a not-too-terrible team to victory, but also noone else wants to.
Looks like the warring kingdom skins are out for J4 and Xin. Anyone know if Chinese New Year skins are usually limited? read on another forum that they probably will be, which kinda sucks cause I'll probably only be able to get one then.

I ended up building both that and the spirit of the lizard elder (stacking jungle items ftw?) but wondered if there was a better option. Should I just go Wraith in the future?

Was set as a status of theirs (I don't have Facebook at all so this is all secondhand from someone else).
Loving this system.
We shall duo, Rozz. We shall duo and be platinum.
It was fun.

sorry my stay will be brief
well, that was certainly a broad-strokes way to deal with AP Kayle, lmao.

You mean stack on top of what Zhonya already comes with? I don't think so.
Oh I hear you brother , you can always tell its coming too when its 30 minutes in and everyone refuses to push their lead...
I have rejected the teachings of Man Mode Taric(that's not really true but I haven't supported in like forever now)
To bring you the gospel of Jungle Udyr
Guys Jungle Udyr
JUNGLE FUCKING UDYR
So damn incredible.

Also what masteries are people doing on Kennen these days? I just tried 9/10/11 and it felt pretty good it just seems kind of wrong, somehow.
Also I just had my first fail Annie obviously playing her for the first time because of the graphics update, roit pls.

Sword of the Draven is so beast mode I love it.

This is all you should honestly ever need. I don't even care if you're laning Hecarim, buy it anyway. It is spectacular pony swag.
Good way to get spell vamp for Q/W as well.
