Recommend me strange music
I would like to hear some new music
Some strange music
I don't care if it's contrived, noise, or unpleasant
chaotic complexity, ordered complexity, a mish mash of textures
anything strange- the weirder the better
especially looking for electronic music

Deerhoof: (not the greatest audioquality, but if you can "hear" past that, you'll get a great idea of how they are)

John Fruciante's new albums are strange and electronic focused

They tended to use tools and other weird stuff as instruments in their early days. Those wacky Germans.

A Star Over Pureland
For oldschool weird you can't beat the man himself, Captain Beefheart. Basically weird blues-rock as a bed for stream of consciousness poetry.
Ella Guru
Fast N' Bulbous
Lick My Decals Off Baby
I guess Crystal Castles and The Knife are on the odder side of music, but everyone knows about them.
Anyone want to beta read a paranormal mystery novella? Here's your chance.

Also, maybe The Blood Brothers. The singer's voice is very Marmite-y though.

Can't believe I forgot Mr. Bungle. That's like the ultimate in weird Mike Patton stuff.
Yeah. His Fantomas project is pretty out there too, albeit not really as varied.

If you're enjoying Univers Zero, you might want to check other bands from the Rock in Opposition "scene". Henry Cow is my favorite of the bunch, but they all offer something worth checking out.
I also posted some my favorite records of the last year in the Top Albums thread in D&D, most of which could be construed as "weird" and occasionally "electronic" even.
Bands like Three Trapped Tigers and Extra Life would probably fit the bill.
2nd this. They are amazing.
Also amazing are Philip Glass, Laurie Anderson and Junkie XL :-)
Philip Glass - 10,000 airplanes on the roof
Laurie Anderson - United States Live (Part 1/5)
Laurie Anderson - O Superman
Junkie XL - More
Puscifer - It's Maynard Keenan's (Tool / Perfect Circle) experimental electronic band. It's not always great stuff, but it's certainly complex and 'out there' different. Not a great Pandora starting point because it just brings in a ton of Tool and Perfect Circle (NTTATWWT)

The album, Star of Love is fantastic.
