I do too but at the same time, it revealed a lot of info. If you'd followed the Dojo religiously, you nearly knew everything about the game already, there was barely anything left that could surprise you.

I'm ok with no Dojo this time. I mean, it got to the point where it revealed too much.

Also apparently it was really hard on Sakurai to keep up with it. He apparently lost sleep to keep that running on a daily basis. I don't want harm to come to the successor of Miyamoto. (He should be)

The Dojo didn't reveal everything.

Until after the game came out, none of the secret characters were ever featured on the Dojo (aside from the Ness sticker that slipped in there). Most of the secret characters were only confirmed when people started streaming the game a few days before release.

There was a leaked roster though, but a lot of people didn't believe it since it had R.O.B. and Wolf on it and not {insert favorite missing character here}.

The Dojo was awesome but it did promote a pretty unhealthy daily obsession with Smash. Better to put it out of your mind and just be reminded occasionally that it's still coming out.

I loved the Dojo, and it didn't diminish playing Brawl for me at all. The Dojo felt like part of the Brawl experience.

Nothing was more disappointing that getting up at 1:30am specifically to check the dojo announcement, only to find some stupid as shit article like, "Gas balls" or "Green Shells Return"


edit: Also, I really hope Mario gets another Down-B attack. I understand that the Mario Tornado had absolutely nothing Mario about it, but the Flud just seems to worthless.

With my next bit of speculation, I'll spoiler it since it deals with recent SM3DW spoilers:

With Rosalina showing up as the fifth playable character in SM3DW, I think her chances of becoming the new Mario rep is even more certain.

Personally, I'm not expecting Rosalina on the roster. It's a foregone conclusion that Mario was going to get a Galaxy stage, so I wouldn't take this as a hint of anything in Rosalina's favor. As far as the Mario newcomers go, Bowser Jr seems the more likely choice, having major roles in a ton of Mario games since Sunshine.
