this is such a great example of why stuff like this doesn't really work. He's technically proficient on all the parts, but the only ones that actually sound right are the young male roles (and strangely, he's a really awesome eponine), because he can't force himself to sound older. He'd be a perfect Marius, though.
Oh man I totally forgot about the Great Mouse Detective. I need to find a copy of that for our library.
I was too old by the time Lion King came out for Scar/Hyenas to scare me. I still loved 'em though. What DID scare me was that Disney cartoon with the windmill and the storm and the lightning. That was terrifying for 6 year old me.
The Shadowman from Princess and the Frog is a pretty great villain.
The scenes when the shadow demons actually frightened me a bit, and this is a movie I saw for the first time just a week ago, at the old cynical age of 19.

I don't want to like, shit on the dude because he has a pretty great voice and he uses it well, but the villain stuff is the weakest part of that video by far. I think most of the villain songs are less about singing quality and more about acting, though, so maybe that's it
So this is part of the Storybook Land Canal Boats at Disneyland, and I guess our tour-guide got fed up of people not knowing about it because he stopped the boat and went on for a few minutes explaining the entire story to the little kids in our boat.
Michael Eisner really ruined Disney. I dont know if its just rose tinted nostalgia, but Disney just hasnt put out much good in a long time.
Is this like "Man, Disney was really good when Michael Eisner was in charge"? Because between some of the new Disney/Pixar stuff, Princess and the Frog, and Tangled, there is a lot of good Disney stuff out now.

No because nobody ever says that.
the actual Time period where Micheal Eisner was solely in charge of Disney is pretty short but he released some awful awful garbage.
I have a podcast now. It's about video games and anime!Find it here.

yeah, but it wasn't a huge success, either, as I understand it.
The fact that they haven't put out another 2d animated film since that one makes me wonder if they're even bothering.
Not that I'm putting down their CGI movies, I'm just wondering.
Well, they did put out Paperman, which looks to be the next step in evolving 2D animated.

I imagine they go this route for any future 2D projects.
