Well, I like card games. I'll try it out

Edit: It's fun, but seems flawed and not particularly original. I picked an initial deck that has mostly red cards and some green ones. Well, turns out there's a card that is entirely immune to damage and effects from red cards. Which means once my opponent plays that card, he basically has a monster in play that I can't damage offensively or defensively. Yay...

So your monster guys have health, and you as a player have health, and when your HP reaches 0 you lose (this is probably fairly familiar to people who've played card games before). There are a lot of cards that can just completely bypass your monsters and deal damage directly to you. So if you ever get low HP, you can't really do anything to defend against death, no playing monsters that you had been saving up for, etc, just hope they were unlucky and can't damage you in this turn.
