I want Tube to be the next strip search judge.

Actually, Tube as the "Tim Gunn' of Strip Search would be hilarious.

For some reason I read this as Ben Gunn and wondered if Tube was somehow abandoned for years in a closet of the house after falling prey to the trap.

On one hand I feel like Tube would come across more Simon Cowell.
On the other, Tube acting like Tim Gunn would be absolutely magical.

Geth should be on the show.
Just a little roomba that follows contestants around saying agree in the loudest voice possible at random times.

I have a podcast now. It's about video games and anime!Find it here.

Just watched all 3 so far. My abs were sore during the reveal of everyone's work from Fax Machine from laughing.

I really like Ty's last second sly eyebrow in the opening montage.

My plan to wait and watch many episodes at once was flawed, and did not take account of how much I've been enjoying the shows thus far.

    Damnit.

    Edit:
For some reason I wasn't expecting them to actually be sitting in the back of a car, and when it cut to that I laughed far too much to be reasonable.

I was shaking with empathy the whole time I watched this hahahaha. So glad everyone's finally getting to see the whole picture, though. The way the elimination is run and the aftermath is super important to getting across PA's intent and the true nature of the show. I'm sure some people are still going to absolutely hate it, but I'll bet this quells more than a few doubts.

Oh yeah, I didn't actually say that in my post.

I am really happy with how the challenge and elimination went as a viewer, assuming it's reasonably representative of the style then it fits in pretty perfectly with what I was hoping to see in the show.

Oh my god, this new episode is proof positive that Mike & Jerry need more face time

"What is your favorite thing about Hitler?"

Also, I'm not sure if all the footage is mirrored or what, but that Wastebasket was definitely not to the contestants' left

The best part of this episode is that when they're in the car awaiting judgment, Katie is wearing her seatbelt.

The second best part is everything else, because oh my god that was incredible.

Finished the episode now, that was really great. I felt really bad to see the first person eliminated go home, which is something I can't say about 99% of reality shows. If you're out there, Alex, it's ok if you totally love Hitler--you're a standup guy with talent and grace.

Accidentally spoiling the episode for someone or the level of good sportsmanship shown by Alex

I am more blown away by how he handled this episode's events than anything else so far in this competition

One thing I really like is that, in the car, the twitter handles of the two up for elimination were provided when they show the contestants names while they spoke. I can't remember if the twitter handles are always posted during talking heads segments, but still:

First eliminated or not, you just got an endorsement from motherfuckin' Penny Arcade. I think that's a pretty cool thing of the show to do, and I can't think of a single show aside from this that doesn't reserve things like that until the competition gets much thinner. And I hope it ends up helping those that are ultimately eliminated, because they deserve it.
Especially when they are such damn good sports about it

I need to get a @Lexxy story off my chest. I've met her before. We hung out at a party sort of thing at @Vann Diras 's place.
Then last year at GenCon I walked past her booth, and I couldn't remember who she was. I knew I knew her, and she was a forumite. But I had to text Vann to make sure I wasn't confusing people. I felt like a huge dick.
Then after talking to her about stuff and buying a print she said "We should hang out sometime, I know <Vann> does stuff, we should all get lunch someday."

And I was like "Oh thank god, its not just me."

There'd better be a bunch of silly pajama'd house shenanigans in between challenges. Just because that'd be hilarious.

like, the best part of shows like americas next top model are the parts where people are just fucking around in the house making obscene PB&J&godknowswhat sandwiches and coercing other people to eat them

    its the inter-human interaction

or in project runway when theyre being all delightfully sassy to eachother

and its why shows like big brother are so great. I really hope they have a lot of big-brother-esque segments, because that with a bunch of genuinely awesome people would be fucking fantastic. One of my favourite scenes in big brother is how they'd always have REALLY INTENSE STRATEGY SESSIONS while in the bath tub together, mapping out and diagraming their schemes with rubber duckies.
