eSports is something that I think we'd all like to see succeed, but it is still in its youth, dominated by only a few games and having a relatively small viewership on any given day. If there were no free streams of a higher quality than 360p, I'm fairly confident in saying that eSports growth would be greatly retarded.
I know I personally would watch MUCH less games than I do currently, and I'm above average in interest and dedication than the average viewer. It's not really because I feel "entitled" to free HD streams, but it just isn't very pleasant for me to watch at low qualities, and I don't have the money to pay for HD streams for specific tournaments when I can't guarantee I'll be able to see any of it, let alone enough to get my money's worth.
You can call it "entitled," you can make ridiculous comparisons to buying a car, or you can try to understand the reality of the situation.

I'm talking more about the types of folks who would boycott Valve for releasing L4D2 a year after the original because "Valve is a money grabbing whore!" Despite the fact that Valve is one of the most generous companies around.
They need to do it the DotA 2 way. Sell the ticket in game for like 5 bucks and have it grant access to all the replays with casting included.
I love the way DotA 2 treats tournaments. If only I could watch pro games with becomes distracted after 10 minutes. Low level games are hilarious though, but only if they're horrible so I can laugh at their mistakes.

I really, truly do miss undergrad for stuff like this. Being able to go "fuck it, I'm staying up all night to watch video games in Korea and then skipping classes to sleep tomorrow" was super rad.

History of Latinos in America. An elective course. No homework. No attendance taken. Professor told us he'd be giving us 150 questions a week before the midterm and the final, 50 of which would be on the tests.
I think I showed up 5 times to that class all semester. Got the questions. Googled the answers. Aced the class.
Of course, on the flip side, there were some brutally tough Comp Sci classes with hours of homework each night.

But yeah, I wanted to say hi cuz I've been away for too long, and now I don't really have an excuse cuz HotS soon AND I'm moving to Korea. You can't be in bronze league for HotS if you want to get a visa there.

I think it'd be pretty sweet if all the maps at MLG had like a big giant MLG logo in the middle (or any tournament with their logo). Would look like a football field kinda.
that gameheart overlay is pretty sweet. The built-in food view along the top I think is better than always moving it with the other stuff like along the bottom. Hard to see down there

The guy wasn't watching his creep, so obviously I crawler rushed him. I remember when the game started "ok I'm going to actually play a zvz it's been a really long time since I've played sc2" and then I was building a crawler on his creep like...I guess I'm spine rushing again.
He realized it and lost half his drones, then the lings came crashing in. I just said "sorry bud" and he bailed.
