Guess I'm going to have to just play support and hope for decent carries since not one single motherfucker wards at bronze except me
You are allowed to ward as every role including ADC and should do so if it will help you win the game.
I remember carrying stacks of wards on top of whatever normal build I can also fit in as top lane Riven the first time I had to rise from 1200 to 1600~ since no one else was warding.
So how big is the current nerf for Xin on the PBE? Is it really going to hurt his jungling all that much?
It's not going to hurt his jungling (20 damage from E is nothing and you don't ult to clear), however, the nerf to his ult means that he can't just rape lanes over and over with some CDR.
Lose next four games because people can't ward/can't focus
Fucking hate this game
I guarantee those werent the only things that went wrong. If you are open to criticism (anyone who really wants to get better should be open to it), use lolreplay and post it here for us to have a look. I absolutely am sure that there are things you could have done to win at least one, if not all, of those games.

So sounds like he is going to still be pretty strong then.
Xin's kit is inherently pretty broken in my opinion. He would have to be nerfed really hard to stop being good.
I am seeing the light on Lulu I think. Kiting people forever and barely surviving is the best. If only I hit the god damn glitterlances!
Yeah I really struggle with max-range Glitterlances. It's a lot more reliable if you can get closer or use the Help, Pix interactions. In some lanes, or if you just don't feel up to skillshots that day, you can max E instead, but unfortunately Glitterlance is really good to max first.
The best Lulu play is the wounded bird: O woe is me, you have caught me out, all I can do is delay the inevitable while walking this way, alas alack UP WE GO! :bz
Maxing e first just feels more reliable, lets you save people as well.
I always struggle with this, because I want to level E for the larger shield and reliable harass, which is much more useful early game than late game, but I also really want the extra CC from Q and W. And the compromise suggested on solomid guides of putting a few points into E early and then maxing it last doesn't feel very good to me.
Ziggs in ARAM is such BS. Went 9/1/21 with my only death being in the last 10 seconds of the game because a full health poppy blew everything she had just to dive me under a turret.
At about 3 minutes before the end of the game it turned from ARAM to "FUCK YOU WE ARE KILLING YOUR ZIGGS"
Chalice+boots 4lyfe
On my first and only back i had 8200 gold and bought a deathcap, lichbane, Finished sorc boots, and giant's belt outright. Then the game ended right as I spawned.

I wonder if with the release of Quinn we are going to start seeing dueling ranged ADs / APs top that can handle laning against the melee bruisers and then the bruisers going bottom to dunk the euro lane, eventually turning into double bruiser kill lanes like in the good old days.
Suddenly the early game giants that are bruisers are taking part in the important early game objectives like they have always really wanted while the guys that just want to farm until late game (ADCs) can sit in their little island paradise that is top lane.
Ranged characters that go top won't end up ADC's since they will be forced, by the nature of 1v1 engagements to itemize for efficient fighting which is a mixture of attack and defense. Once you're mixing attack and defense you want someone with high base damages... Which is not ADC's
I'm tempted, but he's been listening to my other advice like:
-Don't wait to buy boots, get them before the 30 minute mark damnit.
-Stop wasting your first ward on the lane bush, put that shit in the river.
I don't know why he's holding out so hard on the sightstone thing.
Lane brush is a great place for the -60 second ward, since you don't know which way the lane will push when you get to lane and this allows you to keep vision in the brush without wasting a 3 minute ward on a brush that the enemy may just push past.

Like unintentional says, all Lulu's skills are great.
Some points in favor of Q: more slow, which is great for supporting ganks, running away, mid-game jungle fights, peel later. Also wave-clear, which I think is an underrated capability.
Also worth noting that E is only more reliable as poke if you can reliably get close enough for it. As a tool to swing an all-in, you usually don't miss Q anyway, since you're probably doing E->Q or are closer than max range.

Yeah, Ziggs in ARAM is pretty much straight up murderball.

I hadn't thought of it that way. I guess I just always thought, "Yep, support's in that bush. Don't go near it."
One day I'll get out of bronze and learn how the game is actually played.

If the support is in that brush, and you can see them, you can kill them
Honestly my sightstone on Nami is always a tad late.
This is usually because I REALLY REALLY want my Chalice. It just makes so much difference.
Before Chalice it's like: Dude don't trade too much because I'll go OOM.
After it's: FUCKING RUN THEM OVER WITH MY SUSTAIN.
Nami's weird to build early in Season 3.
Also guys, you can have an ADC without them building pure glass cannon. Graves already doesn't build glass cannon most of the time I see him, plus ADC top is completely viable depending on the carry and who they have top/jungle.
Vayne vs Vi is actually so tilted in Vayne's favour after a few levels it isn't even funny.
EDIT:
Also if anything is going to cause the 'demise' of mage supports it's going to be the fact that in Season 3 Ruby Sightstone is god and the HP scales great for people like Ali, Taric or Leona but doesn't do that much for Mage's.
bottom lane got ambushed in jungle at level 1 by janna and teemo on their way to lane.
our ADC doesn't even notice and continues moving to tower, gets killed literally without doing any damage to them. I try and save them as hecarim, lose blue to their shaco, and the game went downhill from there
I... I don't get the hate for playing in weekends. It's the only times I have time or energy to queue up for more than a game or two, so I spend several hours rofl-stomping peoples in top. Occasionally I'll have a worthy opponent (like a Singed I played against as J4). I like weekends, I get to consistently win lane, then jump on an ADcarry and force them to run around in circles while crying their eyes out. How the rest of my team is doing is really quite irrelevant as long as I get to do that.
Incidentally, I think the best animation in League right now is when you do a max range J4 E>Q combo, get the enemy right in the middle and ult when you're past them but before (or right as) you hit the pole. The crash-dive loop looks amazing!

Which ones are you referring to? Because the only support I can think of who doesn't want to bulk up is Zyra and maybe Janna.
He's still at that 'master Yi stomps every game ever' stage.
God am I glad to be done with that. The game would be significantly improved if they disabled Master Yi and Teemo until you were at least level 20. Maybe throw Tryndamere, Akali, and Darius in too for good measure.

Oh they all WANT to bulk up. My point was that if you compare Soraka with a ruby sightstone to Leona with a Ruby Sight stone. The Leona scales better off of the HP where as Soraka probably would have prefered either a chalice, CDR boots or Philo stone.

The general health stacking going on benefits tanky supports a lot, but RSS giving a stat which benefits everyone in an item slot which used to give no stats whatsoever probably isn't a major problem for mage supports.

It does affect the early game when it's the main/only item you'll be building in that period. Early game is a pretty big thing for supports. I'm not trying to say it's the end of the world by any stretch.

Your other option is to play a support-tank jungle and buy RSS after your optional Machete upgrade and mandatory mobo boots. Wards for everyone!
