Inpage Error while using Open Office

I've recently been getting Inpage Errors while trying to load documents in Open Office I have downloaded from the internet and sometimes when I try to save files. I've run a virus scan, chkdsk, a system file check, and malwarebytes and all have turned up nothing. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled Open Office several times. Can anyone help me out? Here is the error log I have been getting, and I am running Windows 7.
