    A) It's really only your current girlfriends business who you slept with or didn't sleep with regards to health and STDs, other then that it really isn't her business at all.
    B) If the only way your "friend" saw to get you out of this situation was to tell your girlfriend you slept with someone else, you need to seriously rethink that friendship.
    C) Just tell her. She may think you're lying, frankly, I sort of think you are too, but regardless, you are clearly right in the middle of a perfect example of why the truth is always better then a lie.
    D) Everyone involved in this situation needs to age like, 5 years really freaking fast. Also please don't procreate any time in the near future. Thanks.

I'm having a bit of trouble understanding what's going on - why was your girlfriend accusing you of lying in the first place? But whatever. In this case I don't think there's any magic solution for "how to tell her" that is going to make things better or easier for you. Basically you just say that you didn't sleep with your friend, or with whoever this third party is, and that your friend lied to your girlfriend because... whatever. You should also apologize for deceiving your girlfriend, because even though that wasn't your intention, you sure as heck did it, and with lies it's not like you can specifically target them and make sure you never accidentally deceive someone else.
