Survey/Presentation

Hello everyone,

I have to create a presentation with a survey built into it, where the answers are exported to a text or excel file at the end. Does anyone know any software or online tools that can do this?

    We're going to need more information. "Presentation" suggests someone standing in front of a group and presenting something, so it's unclear to me how you build a survey into that...

    In a vauge way you can sort of do this with Surveymonkey or Qualtrics.

    Thanks for the replies. The survey is for young children and I don't want to just put children in front of a computer to do it, I'd like to have detailed/graphic driven instructions. I'll be with them as they do it to help but I'd like them to be able to do it themselves. Maybe presentation wasn't the best word to use.

    If you don't want to put them in front of a computer you wont be able to export to software without data entry. I'm not exactly sure what you are asking for at this point.
