Please help me remember a song. It was from late 90's early 00's, an indie/alternative rock song, lead singer had long hair and had electronically altered his voice to be high and squeaky like he had inhaled helium. I thought it was No Rain by Blind Melon but it's not that. The lead singer in the video was Caucasian, wasn't wearing a shirt and had round sunglasses on.
Yes, it was all over the radio at the time; it was top something in any case. And it's hardly vague, it was the only song I've ever heard with a helium voiced lead singer if you ignore The Chipmunks.
