Maaaaaaaaan! I just re-ordered Deus Ex: HR for PS3 this last weekend because my girlfriend expressed interest in playing it (as mentioned, she's a nut for mass effect and I guess it seemed similar enough to pique her interest.) And now this info drops! I could've gotten a Wii U version. Blarg.

If Deus Ex has off-TV play, I'll definetly getting it.
Did the ME3 port?
I ask because based that eurogamer article it is the same team that did the ME3 port. With the added gamepad stuff (the Neural Hub) likely being things like passwords, maybe a map or something with sensors, that'd take away that stuff it was off-tv.
I'm just curious about what additional content it is, and if that additional content will remain WiiU only or come to PC or whatnot (particularly if it's important or linked to a potential sequel).

See... this is why the ME collection needs to come out on WiiU. I would happily pay $60 for that. If I could play Mass Effect in bed... man. I don't know if I'd ever get out of bed again.
And with that, I just had a thought. The final piece of singleplayer DLC just dropped for ME3. Perhaps whoever was waiting for all the DLC to drop on other platforms so they could ship a WiiU collection with all ME2 and 3's DLC!
Maybe... it could happen...
I am just pathetically clinging to the tiniest shreds of hope.
Everyone has a price. Throw enough gold around and someone will risk disintegration.
If they made a ME collection for the WiiU that used the ME3 ports gamepad stuff and (more importantly) had all the damn DLC for 2 and 3, I'd probably buy it.
But the fact that Bioware/EA refuses to release even a version of ME2 that has all the DLC doesn't make it look likely that 3 will get that either. Though, I just can't buy that some day there'll be an 'ultimate' trilogy edition.
Particularly now that all the DLC is done for the series (is my understanding anyway).
EA is having their Origin Spring sale and it includes Mass Effect 3 U and Need for Speed Most Wanted U for $29.99 each, Pretty tempted to nab NFS at that price, but my wallet is glaring at me.
Most Wanted U is already half off on release day, and I've already been charged $60... There is a powerful rage building inside of me. Amazon's usually good about crediting you when you buy a new game that immediately goes on sale, but I highly doubt they're going to credit me $30...

You know as well as anyone that you should never buy games at release for full price anymore. You're a Game Deals Thread regular, man!

Time out. What. Where. Details. Go.
From EA's online Origin store I think.
Edit: Can't get to it from work, but I think this is the link
The only games that remain anywhere near MSRP are Nintendo and COD games. Hell even Halo 4 was 29.99 within a month of release last fall.
Just return the unopened copy to Amazon if they don't hook you up.
I sent an e-mail to Amazon customer service with a link to the Origin deal. Hopefully they price match it. And hopefully they respond to my e-mail before I get home so I don't have to sit there and stare at a new game I have to wait to see if I can play...

I can't. I'm at work and I can't sit here and chat with them for a long time. I don't have a computer at home, so I'm kinda stuck with the e-mail option =/

Toys R Us has $50 nintendo eshop cards on sale for $45. I price matched it at best buy and for some reason they sold it to me for $42.50. Even at $45 that is still 10% off.

How does the eshop handle digital versions of full retail games? Can I redownload it in 2 years, or is it a one-time package?

You can download it as many times as you need on the same Wii U.

According to Amazon, they only have a price match guarantee on TVs.
Wha.... I would call them and talk to someone else, that sounds like a load of BS.
I would just return it to them unopened and buy the one from Origin.
